CoE placement and reasoning in cast sequences.

I have a few questions about an optimal cast sequence for 1) instance trash mobs and 2) bosses.
Currently lvl 51 with aff spec:
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Cairne&n=Jymahna
My current strategy for trash is the following:
1. Cast UA.
2. Macro with Corr and /petattack in a single keypress.
3. CoE.
4. SB until dead.
CoE is cast third to land just before the first tick of UA and the first imp FB lands. UA will have been applied for 1.5 seconds before CoE lands, giving 1.5 seconds buffer. Imp FB will land 0.5 seconds after CoE lands. UA is cast before Corr to ensure CoE lands before both UA and Corr have ticked. If Corr were cast first, it's conceivable that it would tick before CoE lands, since two GCDs have elapsed.
Is my reasoning sound for this rotation? Assuming no resists, is it a good rotation? Do I need to include Immo for trash?
For bosses:
1. Cast UA.
2. Macro with Corr and /petattack in a single keypress.
3. CoE.
4. Immo.
5. SL.
6. SB until DoTs need to be reapplied.
Do I need both Immolate and SL? If so, should SL come before Immo to reduce threat?
Any suggested upgrades for my MH/OH or 2H from ST or BRD?

It used to be said that Immo was worth the same as a shadow bolt if you got the entire duration out of it. With CoE, I'd imagine it's as good or better, so I'd only drop Immolate if it hampered your spell rotation and you're having issues keeping all the DoT's up.

use it for trash too? how about it's placement in the rotation? should I be having the imp cast FB, or keep it as a mana battery?

should i be using DoTs for trash? or just CoE and SB, or just SB?

I'm always use CoElement first, because i use it BEFORE tank have a lot of threat on mob (but not before he have a few ^^)
CoE have a very low threat, so you can use it before you can "normally" start dps, just after the pull, unless it was a body pull ^^
