Getting enchants should be a priority. That's another 150+ bonus healing. Also, revered with Honor Hold/Thrallmar for the head enchant.
I made a list of gear purely from professions, reputation, non-heroic instances (or MgT), BoE drops, and quests. Easily 1600+ bonus healing with 230+ mp5. It was just something I decided to aim for on my Alliance priest, might be a nice resource.

I personally think that the PvP healing weapon is great, but I find farming the SSO dailies will get you exalted in 12-16 days, and the mace and neckpiece are very solid.
Yes. Do build the PvP set. Get each piece. For PvP.

Looking at your toon there are a number of items you could pick up that would boost your PvE setup.
Firstly, run Auchenai Crypts for the
head and
feet available there.
Also run Sethekk Halls for alternative (regen)
feet and a good
cloak.
Remember that priests benefit from spirit more than mp5 so try to use that to your advantage.
Try to get the
Hallowed Raiment (D3) set as the set bonus will help as well.
I would also recommend you go to Magister's Terrace as there are a couple of good healer items there.
Healer MaceHealing RingDo the Arcatraz Key quest chain for some good
legs.
As others have recommended, get revered with honour hold for the head enchant, as well as a decent healer ring. All of this should significantly bump up your +heal and regen.
Good luck.

If you get a solid tank and reliable CC then MgT is runnable with your gear, but I would recommend trying to upgrade a bit first.
If you can find a tank with around 18k hp and a large amount of reliable CC then you could run MgT at 1200 heal without too much of a challenge.
You might like to consider a CoT:Old Hillsbrad run first as there is a reasonable
healer mace that drops there as well as some nice
shoulders.
These should help you reach the kind of level you need to for an MgT run.
I have also looked at your spec now and would recommend you switch to an
IDS cookie cutter build. CoH builds are not really effective before you get over 1400 +heal (minimum). Many non-priests critisise the IDS spec, but it has proved effective for priests with low +heal and most raiding guilds carry at least 1 IDS priest (if only for the buff).
You really need to try to replace your PvP items as soon as possible for PvE healing.
While they are great in a PvP environment, they do not give you the appropriate PvE stat boosts for longer bossfights.
You can also find replacements for your spell damage items quite quickly.
You should probably try to get the
healer neck from the Sethekk Halls quest as a bit of an upgrade.
You can find better in Arcatraz, but it would give you a small boost.
The best way you can do this is to get as many small boosts to your gear as possible. That way you will gradually improve your gear level, making the instance runs much easier.
I hope this info helps a little.
Have a search on the database for the good healing items and work out what is an upgrade for you, then farm those places until you get your loot.
