I still cant comment much on blood/frost, since I dont play them - I do know that howling blast's damage was lowered slightly, but it's cooldown was reduced as well (from 10 seconds to 6 seconds).
Now in unholy, a lot of changes:
-The ghoul is no longer permanent, unfortunately - but there are still a few enactable bugs that can make it permanent
-Unholy blight is still bugged to hell, as are wandering plague, anti-magic shield, and anti-magic zone
-Scourge strike is FRIGGIN INSANE now - there's reports of over 10k crits with it at 80, and at 69 I've gotten 6500 crits with it. This will very likely be rebalanced later on, but it should still be a high damage ability. FYI - Scourge strike is no a 1Unholy + 1Frost rune cost, and is meant as a replacement to obliterate - it does damage based on the number of diseases, it deals full shadow damage so it bypasses armor, and it does not consume diseases on the target.
-The new reaping talent is nice, but hard to get used to - I wish they'd drop it to 2 points at least, instead of the 3 it is right now. I always seem to be missing a point from my build =( Anyways, what it does is refresh the blood runes used by your pestilence/blood boil as death runes - and pestilence/blood boil should be used more frequently now. The nice thing is that you can use blood boil out of combat to generate death runes before you pull something - though that may be a bug.
One other big thing to note - death knights have new voice effects now! Things like /yes, /no, /cheer, /laugh, /charge, etc. all have a new sound to them when your character speaks. Basically, the emotes are still the same, but a plugin is used to give an echo-like effect to the voice. On some races it's more noticeable than others, but it sounds particularly good on my human female DK.
I'll post a video of a short grinding session once I get it uploaded to youtube, and the video will show the new voice effects for my character as well.
