That was awesome. Thank you for linking it.
Now to questions:
Is this a sign that they are drawing close to release? or just that they finished the intro?

Well, we know release is slated to be in the final quarter of 2008 (although they may push it back)... We are technically getting closer, but it's not that close... This just means they were ready to release the trailer.
That was pretty awesome though.

Yep. The previous two cinematics were more epic. This one has more idea, than flashy effects. The whole "...you shall be king" thing. But then, we can't really have the old Alliance vs. Horde cinamatics anymore, now that Arthas is threat for both factions. The emphasis falls on him, not the old grudges. Just like Fury of the Sunwell had emphasis on Kael'thas's (d)evolution from prince to a villain, even though Kil'jaeden was a biggie.
EDIT: Just a point of interest...this Frost Wyrm looked a lot bigger than the average ones. Which kind of leads to the conclusion that that wasn't random dragon. Completely random speculation, but that could've been Deathwing/Neltharion. Although it would've been hard for such a big dragon to decay in such a short time...

I do not think it is was Deathwing but instead Malygos of the blue dragonflight. He was driven insane when Deathwing used the Demon Soul and basically wiped out his whole flight. The blue dragonflight also makes its home in Northrend. Now why Malygos would be influenced by Arthas is a whole nother question.
It's Sindragosa <The Frost Queen>

Eh...?
Nobody knows the fate of Neltharion - he may be dead, hiding, or making new plans how to destroy the mortals. Malygos is pretty alive, that's a fact. And how did you figure that was a blue dragon? As far as we know Frost Wyrms are just random dragon skeletons, reanimated by magic. The blue glow is just sign of power/magic/energy. And the Blue Dragonflight is not the only one that rests in peace(pieces anyone? heh...) in the Dragonblight.
