I wouldnt say that just yet paperclip.
If you spec unholy you can reduce stun duration by 20%. That will severely screw with any rogue's stunlocking - they have to time everything just right, and they count on stuns lasting the full duration.
In addition, icebound fortitude makes you immune to stuns for 12 seconds, and can be increased in duration if you're frost spec. If you see the rogue coming (unlikely unless you're human, like me =) you can use that before they open up. If you dont see the rogue coming and have the on a pale horse talent (20% stun duration resist) you can pop Icebound fortitude when his first stun breaks.
Rogues can only cloak of shadows once during a standard fight, and most of our abilities can be re-used fairly quickly. After breaking free of the stunlock I'd probably do my best to keep facing the rogue (so my dodge and parry can help keep me alive), throw my icy touch/scourge strike at him, use chains of ice to make him quit jumping around like a 5 year old, and throw up unholy blight once I get enough runic power. UB will keep applying blood plague, and will do some decent damage while he tries to melee you.
You can also throw down death and decay if he's dodging too much, even if he uses cloak of shadows he'll get re-feared as soon as the cloak drops (most likely).
