First of all, I just wanna let you know that I havent touched the beta yet. This is just an estimation of mine on warlock class, specifically PvP aspect.
From my experience, Aff is very strong and stable against all classes in TBC. The only weakness of this spec is not having Soul Link. Now Wotlk made it possible for us to rock and roll once again.
This is my build for PvP that i most favor

This spec works very well with a Druid again I guess.

Wasted points in Improved Fear.
Why is Improved Fear a waste? Is it because it should hit every time once you get really good gear or something? Also, I was wondering if you could enlighten me on why Improved Felhunter is in the Affliction tree instead of Demonology.

Because if you're hit-capped, fear should only be resisted 1% of the time. You're spending 2 talent points to take advantage of a 1% proc chance. That's the only reason I could see why it's a waste.
As for Improved Felhunter in the Affliction Tree, Why is demonic power in destruction? Why is Dark Pact in Affliction?
Every warlock has a demon, they're all shadow spells, just because something affects your demon doesn't mean it needs to be a demonology talent. It was probably seen as a place in the talent trees that needed a filler, and the Demo tree is already bloated. That far down in Demo has too many talents that are considered must-have's. It also takes a pet that is, basically a pvp-pet and forces people who want to improve it to do more in affliction instead of staying with SL.

That's comparing lemons with oranges (or whatever fruit ya got). All improved talents are in the demo tree so 'technically' improved felhunter should go there too.
However, the description of improved felhunter is different from all other improved pet talents, because it doesn't give 30% to all the pet's abilities ... so that makes it less mandatory to put it in the demo tree.

No Dark Pact.
Wasted points in Improved Fear.
3/3 Suppression only if you need a filler. Do you?
Other than that it looks good.
Dark Pact is a good option, however im not used to using it often. Maybe its my own playing style, tho its still a good point to be considered.
Improved Fear is must. If you are a pure PvP, you will see how necessary it is when you fighting against rogues and the rogue CoShadow when you casting Fear. Its also my own experience, no need to argue.
Suppression .. why? I dont give a damn about the hit chance. All i care of is the reduce mana costs of Aff spells. Ive been playing Sl Sl for so long, and I notice they cost ton of mana and require you to tap alot.

there are talents that add to fear resist such as unbreakable will and things like CloS

Well, no. Talents are put where they're properly utilized, not where they look pretty. Affliction runs a Felhunter in PvP by default, so it's an obvious boost in an obvious place. There's not much help in giving the talent to Demo, who will use Felguard by default.
Well that's actually what I meant, but as usual I have problems explaining what I mean properly :p The only part I don't agree on, is why not to put it in demo (according to you). You seem to think all demo specced locks use the felguard. But then improved imp, VW and succubus shouldn't be in the tree either, since no demo lock would be using them...
That's comparing lemons with oranges (or whatever fruit ya got).
Clearly you don't understand fruit. Lemons and oranges are both citrus fruits, so it's entirely reasonable to compare them. Maybe you were thinking of comparing apples and oranges, which are actually in totally different fields.
I was just thinking of a proper translation for a dutch proverb. In dutch, it's comparing apples with pears. I didn't know what it was in english, so I just named 2 random kinds of fruit.
One is never too old to learn it seems ;-)

Imp fear is a waste? o.O Just think about it: 2v2 against rogue druid. Rogue nuked to 20%-> he use CoS. U fear->resist... and BOOM instant fear on druid, they lost. GG

My favourite talent build so far, which should be taken with about 10 tablespoons of salt considering %^&* will change before release:

How can you know hit caps will stay at 3% in wotlk? Who knows what resist% we going to get. Anyway we will see if imp fear is worth or not.

Because hit-caps didn't change from classic to BC. What changed was items going from a % to a rating, and now the rating # will change to cap, but the percentage needed to cap will not change. If anything it's going to have to get easier than it is with many caster classes losing +hit talents.
