Using Combat Mutilate build + gearing for it

I have just repecced to the Combat Mutilate build (my main toon is a 62 NE rogue) from Combat Swords after being bored to death from constant SS spamming. The versatility of this build is amazing, and the variations in play style and combinations are very intriguing. Now, i completely get raiding/instancing as Combat Swords- SS spam for 5 CPs, then slap on a Rupture or SnD, then SS spam some more to slap on what you didnt the first time. A bit more too it than that, I know... but its pretty basic of a build. I've been reading this thread and noticed that most ppl are combat swords, and so their advice doesnt really apply to me at all. I know the basics of how the Combat Mutilate build works, but I'm still not sure as to what I'm actually supposed to be DOING in the raid/instance environment. If anyone cares to say more than "n00btard swordz ftw me hearty hearts me slappy slashers", then I'll welcome any advice you have to offer. Mind you I've had my fill of the combat spec and miss my daggers dearly (lvl 10 - 45 was dagger/subt, very fun till it started taking forever to down mobs) and will not be respeccing to Combat Swords for any reason. Me as Combat Mutilate is here to stay, so I dont want to hear anything about swords.
This is me currently -

I know my daggers are complete crap, but i only JUST respecced, then AHed, went to Eastern Plaguelands to Tyr's Hand to pickpocket and play with footlockers, then did UB to try and get The Stalker's Fang, but to no avail. My damage output for the whole instance about near 260k, which is complete crap compared to what i could have done as combat swords... which is why i need some good advice on how to use this spec. I want to be good at it for as much as i already enjoy it.
I manged to get Blade of Unquenched Thirst as a drop, would this be a good OH or should i look for one with stats and more added to it? wtf is with all these caster daggers for 60+.... making me very angry....
Also I'm trying for The Stalker's Fangs and Wastewalker Shiv from the CR instances, no luck so far.

if you're trying to lvl up as mutilate you do not initially go into combat, you get OPP first in sub. Combat mutilate is only good when you can have DW spec, you will not get 5/5 DW spec until 70. You're missing out on a +20% increase in mut dmg right now.

Ok, so i should take the 2 out of Imp Sprint and 3 out of Precision and put those into Opp? At 70 then I'll put them back into combat, and put the 2 i have in Imp Evi over into Murder.

Yes, by all means, take opportunity, then on further leveling put points in combat. At 69 my talents looked like
this
, and at 70, respecced to
this
.
The improved sinister strike is there for the situation of gouge and kidney shot parried/dodged/missed, which happens a lot when you're leveling. Chose imp. poisons over vile for the fact I wasn't using deadly poison, but debuffing poisons for the damage bonus, and needed to poison the mob as fast as I could.

Two of
these

A combination of those two.

Haha.... yeah. Im trying for Fangs MH and Shiv OH. So far no such luck.
For lvling purposes Imp seems better than Vile, more chance to get it applied. But for raiding Vile is better, more damage. You'll be hitting the bosses long enough to have your poisons applied, so no need to worry about that.

Haha, i was wondering when that was coming.
Gonna try again tonight to get those CR daggers... Off work the next two days, so hopefully I'll be able to snag them and boost my dps some more.
