I already have fishing and cooking maxed on one char, and can't be bothered to max them on another. Have epic flyer on three chars, and really can't find a reason to get more. So I'm just stocking up a little on gold and crafting mats. Might scrounge together a few plate items if I start to feel like levelling a death knight for inscription.

I'm doing some stuff that will unlock achievements in WotLK. Like getting exalted with all the horde factions (doing the low level quests), buying extra non-combat pets, mounts, leveling first aid up, etc. That and saving up some gold for whatever we'll need to buy in WotLK.

Prepare? Screw that, if you are not on a PvP server, who cares what gear or money you have when the xpac is up? You can't get ganked, you will soon be getting quest and AH greens to replace your lvl 70 blues, and a bit further in your WotLK dungeon blues will likely replace your lower level tier epics. If income increases exponentially like it did from classic to BC, there should be no problems farming gold in WotLK.
I would cancel now and just take some time off and get back some real life before sequsestering yourself inside every day or night when the xpac comes out.
Or try and quit for good like I have - 1 month and counting, all WoW software not installed on my new hard drive.
Cheers!
