Which class to groom for first 80?

This is going to be tl;dr at some point, apologies in advance.
Okay, so I'm a nerd/dork/geek.
I have 7 70's now (and a 64 shaman to go with my 70 shaman, but will probably send him to another realm)
I am of the belief that hybrid classes should have gear for all specs, so my druid is currently resto, but has a Kara-OTable feral set, Kara-level balance set. My shaman has a healer, caster, and melee set, my paladin has a ret, holy, prot set (currently best set is prot), etc. The only classes I don't have at 70 is a priest and a warrior (62 and 49 respectively, but I detest playing warriors in pve).
When BC came out, I only had a single 60, my rogue... who I didn't even consider a "main" just easy to level. And because I kinda leveled everyone equally, I didn't get to see much pre-BC end-game content (never even did MC).
Here in BC, I've seen most content (but no BT/Hyjal/Sunwell), but I'm still diluted because I have this need to balance out my characters (even though my shaman and druid are by far the best geared). As a result, I tend to stay in 5-man content unless people I know are pugging a badge run in Kara.
I need to not do this again for LK. Yes, I'll definitely have 10 80's at some point, but I want to get one to 80, rather than drift all my guys to 80 over time.
What do you think will do it best? A druid as feral or resto? A shaman as resto? A Paladin as protection? I'm staying away from DPS classes for now since I know DPS tends to be dime-a-dozen and everyone will want a tank and healer.

I would choose an elemental shaman or moonkin druid. The reason for this is that you can build a spell power set while you level, and then switch to healer at level 80 without switching gear.

Yes, but I'm thinking that elemental shamans and balance druids aren't going to be as in-demand for groups.

I know that myself will be working on my Elemental/healing Shaman. Then most likely my hunter.

No clue... >.>
lol. I know I'm biased since i am a Feral druid, but Ferals are EASY levling even when solo. (not to mention fun) so I would think you would have the most fun exploring new content first on your druid.

Fastest level will be hunter. Followed closely by warlock and feral druid.

I would also say feral druid, easy easy leveling, and if u go instancing, ur a tank. so its a spec that works for both solo and instances with not too different of gear depending on how hardcore you get on tanking stats versus attack power and crit.
