You could try for the
Embrace of the Viper
set from Wailing Caverns; personally I think it's a better set for the nature caster classes (Druids and Shamans).
It does have its downsides, though:
If you're Alliance, getting to Wailing Caverns is a pain in the butt.
You will have to probably run WC several times to get the full set, as only the gloves are BoE (and thus buyable off the AH).
All that being said, if you have a high level friend who can plow through WC several times for you, I would prefer this set to Defias (especially if you're going 19 leather caster twink).
