Hi I'm leveling a pally to be a 69 twink and was wondering what spec I should use, I'm going to be using some Shadow Labs gear with
http://www.wowhead.com/?itemset=562
. I have the Oathkeeper and was wondering what enchant to put on it for PvP, Mongoose or Executioner. I'm completely new to ret pally PvP and was wondering weather to treat it like warrior PvP or completely different. I was thinking of taking a level 70 ret pally spec and taking away 1 point but I wasn't sure if that was right. Thanks for your help!

Twinking at 69 is a not a bad idea at all, you still get the great honor gain for farming the 61-70 bracket AV (lets face it, there is little real PvP in AV these days anyway....)
Regarding the question on wpn enchant, I'd say neither is that great for a 69 pally.. I'd recommend you to wait until the Wrath when you get some new enchants, (one of the them is an upgraded savagery, which is quite sick)

I'm no expert, but isn't the whole point of twinking to make a low-level character that is grossly overpowered due to gear/enchants/etc that wouldn't be available at that level without massive gold expenditures? "Twinking" at level 69 sort of defies the point.
Sure, you could be getting marks faster, but you get more honor at level 70. Stalling at lvl69 to save up honor for a full merciless set is pretty much pointless; WotLK is just over the horizon, and by the time you save up the honor/marks to get a full S2 set, it'll be obsolete anyway.
