true.. 7:11 am here... please excuse small errors i make in thinking lol
and
Since Expertise is 'capped' by the target's chance to dodge/parry, the ideal rating varies per mob. There is some debate as to whether the average level 73 boss has a 5%, 5.6%, or 9% chance to dodge. Completely negating a 5% chance to dodge would require 79 Expertise rating at level 70, while 5.6% would require 89 Expertise rating and 9% would require 142 Expertise rating.

OH and with the shard of contempt i usually see a 2-2.2% dodge while raiding... but i haven't checked for bosses only thats just whenever i glance at recount

in a 10 min perfect rage full no missing min boss fight that would be around 100 mangles before talents... (101 if you count the beginning one) and that talent would add in 25 more mangles... while this is a lot things are never perfect rage/avoidance of the boss wise... i just don't find it to be a viable tanking talent for me to spend 3 pts in.

never said it wasn't more tps...
im simply saying...
my TPS is NOT lacking... i dont need TPS as much as mitigation...
meaning this talent is not viable ENOUGH for ME to use.
meaning merely preferential
and expertise reduces parrys and dodges which means more tps...
and reducing parrys means that i DIDN't speed up the bosses next attack... meaning less damage intake = can sorta be viewed as odd form of mitigation, (avoidance though it is)

I think everyone needs to take a closer look at the new Survival of the Fittest :p
i did, meaning that druids are even more naturally uncrittable, NICE
..... a lot things are never perfect...
All the more reason to have more mangles!! :)
all the more reason to get expertise and make it more lacerates/mangles/mauls/melee attacks!!!
since less of those are dodged or parried.
buff all 3 instead of one!

Balance
What do you think ?
For the start of levelling (ie at 70), i'd probably look at something like
this
: personnal buffs (owlkin frenzy, brambles, ...). BoP depending on the amount of gear you have on your "trash mob" set, but with low amounts it'll probably be worth it (you often encounter mobs 1-2 levels above you when levelling). Celestial focus could be nice but i prefer to take the owlkin frenzy talent. Then i'd complete Celestial Focus, perhaps Nature Control, and dabble a bit in resto.
Regarding 80 PvE templates, it largely depends on wether Intensity will still be required or not (i have a feeling it will :/). As tentative builds i'd propose stuff like
this (with Intensity)
or
this (without)
.
It would be really nice to be able to avoid having to put 1 point in Coltrol of Nature to get Bramble though. Or the opposite if they decide to swap, but the daze effect makes it more interresting than Control i think (depends on who will be immune though)
The talent i'm the most perplexed about at the moment is Eclipse. I understand and fully applaud the philosophy behind it (get us to vary and adapt our rotation more and dynamically during the fight, as one spells becomes more efficient than the normal one after a bit of spam). Either the proc only applies to the next spell (and then the 2min CD kills the talent) or the proc applies to all SF or Wraths for 30s and then it almost seems OP.
6s of wrath spam should be enough to proc the SF buff and then you'd have 30s of +10% crit SF spam.
But since 9-12s of SF spam are enough to start the wrath buff, the procs will often be up at the same time and then down for 1m20 or something like that.
We'll see.

Get both imo ...
Pure Tank Build
No Omen..... lets face it, you have enough rage.
No Infected wounds... Im thinking it wont work on bosses,
If it does? A cat can do it.
The rest is pretty much self explanitory.
i never go pure tank build... that negates the purpose of a druid being ABLE to dps and tank in a raid....
i want to be able to provide both WELL...
