Character Name: Alias: Lunae Herald (Maiden Name: Mortis) - Shillena Herald (Maiden Name: Oakwalker.)
Race: Human
Gender: Female
Age: 28 (Appearance)
Class: Custom - Æther-Tech Operative
Description:
Uses a wide range of technology such as direct-energy weapons, exoskeletal armor - the technology, of which, has been obtained through channels such as the ethereals who have opened the door to inter-world trade and travel.
These operatives receive extensive training in many forms of combat, subterfuge, and intelligence acquisition. Although readily capable of individual missions, an operative works best with a team.
View on Faction: "We will always defend our morals - what we believe is right and wrong - I ask that you not impose your morals on myself, that is all."
Personality: Somber, logical, impassive and apathetic at times. However, she is prone to subtle compassionate acts.
Family: Departed from parents at a young age. Currently married to Madridict Herald.
Description:
Lunae Herald is a woman of somber elegance, her figure small, slender and petite, though possessing a degree of natural curve. Her smooth complexion and light skin tone go hand-in-hand with dark auburn hair and light auburn eyes.
Should enough attention be given, one may notice Lunae's lack of make-up or other cosmetic applications, rather, she relied on the her inherently red lips and deep-set eyes.
Lunae possesses an attire for each day of the week, however, it is not often that she is seen in anything other than an outfit as somber as she; a black and silver linen shirt, buckled belt of a odd fiber, black linen pants and boots to match. In-addition, she may often, if not always be seen with a set of crimson mechanical goggles.
Should close attention be given, one may notice a wedding ring on her right hand, one of pristine iron, steel, and an array of magical gems which make it unique.
On the unseen side of this woman, she carries no distinct scent and walks with perfected silence in almost any condition.
XxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxX
A New Chapter:
Shillena has recently returned to the field of 'hands on' work, often gone for great lengths of time to locations unknown. With this change in work comes a change in attire and personality.
Attire: When seen in armor, Shillena now wears a rather bright attire consisting of neon violets and blues, in addition to spotless white.
Her weapons of choice have also changed, carrying a number of small rods that, when deployed, produce a blade of energy varying in color. These forms of weapons are known to cut through most types of matter and, not being material weapons, are not subject to material effects.
In addition to the blades, she often carries a bow which folds easily into a small device around her forearm. When wielded, the bow requires no arrows; instead producing projectiles of energy.
Lunae may often be seen with a Nether-Ray near by as mounted combat is a new specialization.

I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding assumptions. My character has many defenses - as are needed - though these will not be posted in the description nor anywhere else where others may use the OOC information to bypass said defenses.
Please send a tell during or prior to an action which may directly involve my character. Thank you ^_^

(( I sincerely welcome any feedback on this character, I'm somewhat a novice at RP ))
Character Name: Sarah Pendergast
Race:
Human
Gender:
Female
Age:
42 if records and stories are accurate
Class:
Sorceress and Alchemist ((Warlock In Game))
View on Faction:
Staunchly pro-Alliance to the T. She comes from the age of the Second War, too her Orc's are soulless monsters and nothing more.
She has some sympathy for Illidan, a misunderstood sorcerer in her view but still disdains what he did to the Elvan forests. Arthas she is most sad over, a promising prince and Lion for Lordaeron, turned its despoiler. Generally she has little opinions of major villains, to her the Horde itself is a villain.
Personality:
Energetic at the point of manic at times, dulled over only by her bursts of wit and passion. She develops great passions for things easily. Be it passionate hate or passionate love.
Family?:
Related to the Pendergast family of Gilneas. Her grandfather having moved to Ambermill beginning the line of Pendergast furniture craftsmen. Known for their craftsmenship the Pendergast furniture was somewhat of a prized possession among elite's of Lordaeron and Gilneas, and somewhat of a status symbol to own, leading to the family to be somewhat well off. Outside of her immediate family, much of her extended family perished during the Third War as well the Pendergast Crafts dynasty largely ended. Pendergast furniture is at this point considered a collectors item with only a nephew in Redridge Mountains picking up the trade to some success (They are not the prized possessions of those of Charles Pendergast's creation). Largely the Pendergasts ride on the fortunes that survive and on various small businesses or selling remaining stockpiles of the family crafts. Within Gilneas that branch of the family spelled the name as Prenergast, and were great painters. Her mother's side is the Lane family of Kul Tiras, whom were a minor family of note for their tailoring skills. Though the family relocated to Hillsbrad after the Second War, and then during the Third the surviving Lanes fled to Stormwind and Theramore respectively. To date Sarah has three nieces in Redridge mountains whom are her brothers children. Her sister Molly had one child out of wedlock in Gilneas whom lives in Darnassus now, Molly died in the Forsaken invasion. Of the Lane family she has a two cousins, one being Monty and two nephews from him that own a Tailor shop in Stormwind, and the other Patricia whom served as a Priestess of the Light and went into Outland.
Background:
Before someone would stand a woman, in fact a young looking woman. Much younger then surviving paperwork and her own stories suggest. Sarah Pendergast is on paper, born shortly before the Orcish invasion of Azeroth. Her home was the township and logging camp of Ambermill within the Silverpine forest. Her mother being of Kul Tiras and her Father a Gilnean furniture craftsmen. She was the daughter of a somewhat notable table maker and nothing more. Charles Pendergast was the patriarch and head of the family and managed the Pendergast Crafts workshop in Ambermill producing very well made furniture. Her mother was Cathrine (Maiden name Lane). Records account that she had a brother named Markus, and a sister Molly. As she came of age she showed aptitude in the art of Alchemy and at least some talent for magic, so the family was able to grant her schooling as an adept mage in the nearby city of Dalaran.
Records at this point are hard to ascertain as much of Dalaran's archival records that were not magical were damaged in the second war. It is evident she had shown that she had great promise as an Alchemist but that her magical leanings tended to be esoteric, sometimes radical, and she was unable to master most elemental magic beyond fire spells. It is also revealed that she marched with a volunteer army south as the second war swung in Alliance favor and was along for the retaking of Stormwind. She was involved then with a unit that purged the eastern portions of the Redridge mountains of Orcish encampments and then at some point 4 members of her unit were court marshaled for disobedience when they took an excursion to Karazhan, of which it is believed she was a part of. Three weeks later a simple document is drafted declaring her MIA and presumed dead.
From there she vanishes from history, a corpse, a ghost. From here we have only her own accounts. She describes the Tower of Karazhan as a maddening vortex of the bizarre. By her own words "There were several hundred staircases, some leading nowhere, others in a big loop, some lead to places only based on the time, if time had any meaning. Steps vanish and hallways bend and twist until your walking the ceiling. A painting would be one place and then another, the characters in the portraits moving, whispering, TAUNTING, and that cursed harpsichord and organ, I never found who kept playing but I would learn the black art of necromancy just to punish them. I could look out a balcony and see the first Orc armies marching to Stormwind, I could open a door and see things mundane, amazing, sacred, profane. Demons hunted me through the halls, and my only respite was hiding in the library between bookshelves." Her own account says that by her reckoning she was within the Tower for a month or two. She studied the libraries tomes and arcana, and learned the alchemical knowledge within to guard herself against the twisting energies of the Tower and in the hopes that a clue to escape might be found. A few of her close friends she has revealed that it is only via Demonology that she escaped. She was often taunted and hunted by a particularly cruel succubus whom she eventually learned to bind, foremost to win in their endless battle but also to force it to help her escape. When she went in she was but an adept mage, when she left she was a Sorceress with a spellbook of curses, shadowmancy and knowledge of the Demonologist art. She learned Alchemy more radical then what the schools could have allowed her to learn, according to her anyway.
However upon leaving, many things were amiss. For one her horse was gone, and so were her comrades. Indeed the whole Alliance base camp was gone. Unbeknownst to her at the time 21 some years had passed beyond her. As she wandered many thought she was but a malnourished deranged vagrant. Frightened of Night Elves, terrified or Worgan, Within the village of Duskwood she was taken in and began to piece together her story, telling it to whomever would listen and believe. She herself becoming a local curiosity. The story spread mostly among tavern goers until it made it to the Redridge mountains were the children of a recently deceased Markus Pendergast heard the tales. Using their fathers dairy they tracked the young woman down to figure out if she was whom she claimed to be. Of course in it of itself if it was a hoax it would be a very elaborate one. The fact that she had the papers of a Dalaran mage and sigil of a soldier from that time convinced a few that she was whom she said she was, her alleged kin came to believe her story as she was able to recount facts only someone within the family could know. Even describing Markus' in his youth. She was taken in and brought up to speed, allowing the fullness of the time passed to sink in.
However other more sinister beliefs have emerged about Sarah. As she adventured others have come forward claiming alternative versions. Mainly that her knowledge of Demonology was gained with a pact with the Succubus granting her agelessness, and more elaborately some close friends believe that the tower drove her mad, causing her to imagine that 21 years was 2 months. Her youthful appearance being attributed to her Alchemy and plausibility that she has found secrets to longevity and retaining youth and vitality far longer then is typical, plausibly with the help of a Succubus or at least its blood.

((Feedback welcome! I've done my best to study the events leading up to Orcs being introduced to the Monk class, but I've never played a Monk ingame (yet! But that'll change soon) and I love Orcs a lot.))
Character Name:
Jograh Rageroar
Race:
Orc
Gender:
Female
Age:
33
Class:
Monk
View on Faction:
The Horde has come far, and learned much. Their stake on Azeroth is meaningful, and their claims are worth defending. Jograh proudly fights on behalf of the Horde's interests, when called to action.
Their view on the 'bad guys'- do they think Illidan/arthas/kael'thas are baddies or misunderstood?
It does not matter if they are misunderstood, or considered evil. It matters that their actions were irresponsible, done in arrogant self-interest, and above all else, brought uncounted turmoil into the lives of others. She views these people as a threat and a problem, one that she wishes to do her part to solve when her homeland and way of life are threatened.
Personality:
Jograh is a Monk- perhaps not the most enlightened Monk, and perhaps not the most skilled, but her personality is molded by this way she has chosen to live her life. She seeks balance and calm in all things and understands that sometimes she must fight to be the vehicle toward such balance and calm. She is responsible, a trait that is impressed onto her during her life as a single mother, and she knows when to be stern just as well as when to be lighthearted. She enjoys the finer things in life where she can get them- fine silks, delicious foods, quality alcohol, good friends- and her travels give her due cause and ample opportunity to seek these out.
Family:
A daughter, Tharah, and her mother and father, Regarra and Krumok Rageroar. She, along with her parents, followed the Rageroar up until their defeat at Northwatch. They chose not to shed the name, in the interest of remembering why they fought there.
Background:
Following the events of her youth among the Rageroar and her family's subsequent return to the Horde at large, Jograh made a point to live with direction. She resolved herself to making hard choices as often as possible, conditioning her mind to be decisive, willful, and cunning.
Leaving her daughter behind with her parents, she rose through the lower ranks in the Horde's military, and eventually found herself on a ship sailing for the recently-discovered Pandaria. Only a few over-land missions could be completed before she was finally taken captive aboard an Alliance gunship called
Skyseeker.
Through good or ill fortune, the eventual crash saw her free of her bonds and utterly submerged into the strange, dangerous reaches of the Wandering Isle. Without weapons or armor, she struggled through flora and fauna until regrouping with other Horde survivors. Among them, she first met the Pandaren.
The chaos that had been injected into her life through military action gave her ample cause to seek out the kind of tranquility they seemed to live in, and so in the subsequent months, she studied under any who would take her, learning the ways of the Monk and abandoning her interest in the life of a warrior. The Monk represented an ideal to her- a person who would fight with all they are, their whole body and mind, in the pursuit of an end. In the pursuit of some resolution and eventual calm.
Now she has returned to Kalimdor, and still follows whoever will teach her, learning as best she can learn and seeking to master these teachings, in the defense of her family, and for the Horde.

Character Name: Vaeleb Branchsong
Race: Kaldorei
Gender: Male
Age: 380
Class: Hunter (Techslayer)
View on Faction: He is part of the Alliance and will stay so, after all, it gives him a good chance of getting his home, Ashenvale back. Besides that, the Horde has now allied with his worst enemy, Goblins and their vile machines.
Their view on the 'bad guys'- do they think Illidan/arthas/kael'thas are baddies or misunderstood?
He believes that there could have been redemption for Illidan, he secretly thinks that Illidan is still alive and has shared it with some of his gnomish colleagues. He knows nothing about Kael'thas' past and truly believes that he's bad. Arthas is an abomination against nature, and he's a Kaldorei with a Death Knight as a father now. Deathwing, or Xaxas, big scary dragon in goblin made armor? To him he's just another monster to take down. Garrosh, the 'warchief' of the Horde, to him is a respectable warrior, before the bombing of Theramore. Now he views Garrosh as a tyrant and a fugitive.
Personality: Calm and gentle, but when it comes to goblins, that's another story.
Family?: His father fought in the War of the Ancients and the Great Sundering, if was during the Great Sundering where his father met his mother. Later in years they finally settled down and had children. Twins. One called Vaeleb, the other one called Edelais. He regards his mentor, Jegwin Gearscore, a gnome as a little brother, even though Gearscore is an annoying little lazy guy, but aren't all little brothers are like that?
A description of your character- can be just a descrip, or an RP introduction
Slightly taller than the rest of the Night Elves and has a full head of blue hair and a short beard and mustache that is trimmed monthly. He tends to be followed around by his firefly, called Willowisp, and carries around a Gilnean rifle he reverse engineered as well as carrying his mechanical squirrel assistant, Nut, in his tool-satchel.
He wears brown leather with fur lining as he usually spends his time in Dun Morogh and almost always wears a pair of gogles when he's working.

Looks good Captain. He seems pretty balanced and has some interesting backstory which influences his character.
The only advice I might give is break up the description a little so it isn't in so hefty a chunk.
