DK's in the beta start out with four 12 slot bags (deathweave bags or something like that) and the normal backpack.
Arcane torrent generates runic power from mana tap charges.

Brief question on death runes if you don't mind me asking. So lets go with blood of the north since its a fairly easy talent to work with. So you use the blood strike and you get your death rune. Now, does the blood begin its refresh when you get the death rune, or when you use it?
Runes have a 10 second refresh timer.
You use blood strike, your blood rune goes on cooldown.
10 seconds later, when the blood rune would normally 'refresh' it turns into a death rune.
When that death rune is used, it will 'refresh' as a blood rune 10 seconds later.

I've a question, though I've scanned the thread I didn't see it answered,so I may be blind, but it doesn't hurt to be asked twice.
Death Knights start at level 55; do they start with 45ish unspent Talent Points as well? Or are these earned through questing, not at all, and you're SOL til you level to 80?
You start with zero talent points and earn anywhere from one to eight talent points for most of the quests you do in the starting area. By the time you're done with the starting quests, you'll have all the talent points any other level 57/58 would.

One other question I haven't seen covered; Rune Blades. Are they actually a separate subset of weapons, like Wands and such, that are required for a Death Knight to use their powers, like a Rogue needs a Dagger to Backstab/Ambush - or will any old sword or axe do?
Any sword or axe (or mace, or polearm) will do =P Any weapon the deathknight wields is considered his 'rune weapon'

I read about the combat system info and it said you have three types of runes: blood, unholy, and frost but then I saw the talent that said something like "chase to turn your frost or unholy rune to death rune" What are these death runes and for what are they used for?
Death runes are a 'wild card' - they can be used as a replacement for any of the 3 normal rune types.
For example, say you've got an ability that costs 1 frost rune and 1 unholy rune (like obliterate) - but you dont have any frost runes. They're all on cooldown. You have, say, one unholy rune, a blood rune, and a death rune.
When you use obliterate, instead of taking a frost rune it will use up the death rune and the unholy rune - since the death rune counts as 'any' rune type.
wich stat will be better to stack STR or AGI ?
Really depends on what you're going for, but strength for the most part. Hopefully we require less agility to gain dodge than warriors or paladins (I think both warriors and pallies need 25-30 agility for +1% dodge, while druids only need 15 agility for 1% dodge - since we cant block, it would be beneficial if we only required 15-20).
At level 70, you need 23.7 parry rating to get +1% parry (before wotlk, i dont know if anything has changed regarding parry rating requirements - the rating required will be much higher at 80). We get 25% of our strength as +parry rating, so with 95 strength you gain +1% parry.

Lets say I got one death rune and one frost rune ready. Then I use any attack that requires frost rune. Does the strike consume the death rune or the frost rune?
I believe it uses up the frost rune first, though I havent actively tested that. I think it only uses your death runes when no other runes are available to cast the spell/ability.
Then what about those "stances" or what ever they are called, do they work like warriors stances and I have to be in one stance to use some ability or do they work like pallys auras and boosting me or what?
None of our abilities require a specific presence to use, each presence just gives a bonus to a certain aspect of the class.
Frost Presence: +45% armor, +45% threat generation, +1 to all resistances per level
Blood Presence: +15% damage, 4% of damage dealt heals the death knight
Unholy Presence: +15% attack speed, +15% movement speed, -0.5 seconds on the global cooldown
The aura talents are now not linked to being in a certain presence either.

All specs can tank, but you wont be tanking in blood presence. Presences are available regardless of talent spec and they work like warrior stances.
Everyone will tank in frost presence, because it's the tanking presence. It will be exceedingly difficult to tank without the 45% armor and threat that frost presence gives you. Likewise, most people will DPS in blood presence for the 15% damage buff. Unholy presence is lacking right now, but would be decent for DW dps and pvp.
