Dwarves get stoneform and a little frost resistance.
Humans get bonus points for swords and maces, 10% faster rep grinding, and can see stealthed mobs/players a bit better.
Draenei get a HoT. They also look stupid on paladin mounts.
Blood elves...Well, they're not really paladins anyway, so I won't count them.
Paladins benefit more from human racials than the others.

As alliance, I would have chosen Draenei. The hit aura would be very useful for raiding.
Horde, the choice is obvious. Mana Tap and Arcane Torrent are actually quite good for a paladin tank, providing a means of solo pulling casters and, importantly, an aoe silence effect that can help to reduce problems with spell damage.
In my limited experience I think Blood Elves are the superior choice, but then again I've never had the chance to play around with Seal of Vengeance.

Draenei get a HoT, a little shadow resistance, 1% hit bonus aura. They also look stupid on paladin mounts.
Fixed it for you.
All the races have good points.
Personally, I think the Draenei are the best for PvE on the alliance side. the 2nd aura plus a HoT work real well.
The humans +5 expertise (1.25% anti-dodge/parry) is nice but it only affects them while the draenei's aura benifits them and their group.
Plus as a draenei you get to crush your horse. Chug one of these to make it even worse for the poor beast:

BE BE BE... that's just cause i'm horde though lol
I use mana tap throughout instances just so i can get some mana back in those "oh <badword>" situations. i find the silence comes in handy in pvp/arena's. between HoJ and Silence you can interrupt heals pretty well

Fixed it again.
Back on topic. Other than the poor looks when mounted I would have preferred rolling a Draenei pally than my human one.

Dreanai female paladin ftwI like them,but...
Gift of nauru, <3 when grinding or panic healing (NO MANA COST AT ALL)
just kill, heal, kill more (tankadin grinding ^^)
It really isn't a good panic button for a tankadin. Casting time and very minor heal compared to a paladin's health.
1% crit chance to party members, they dont say no to that 1
Nor do they get it. The bonus is 1% hit and spell hit.
And females dont look so stupid as males do on mounts.
Nothing could. To add to the comments, draenei males look like Hefty Smurf on steroids. Eating sushi. On an elephant. What was Blizzard THINKING?

I think he is talking about using it between fights to decrease down time while farming not as a panic button

Maybe we're just reading that phrase differently. No matter.
