Erm, if you're planning on doing PvP at 70, you shouldn't worry about it till then. I can only offer Enhancement strategies however.
~Rogues~ They will be your anti-class, no matter what. Lay down poison cleansing totem for his poisons obviously, stoneskin to mitigate his melee damage, any fire dps totem for that extra boost and somewhat of a DoT, and grace of air for the bonus agility and just hope and pray you kill him before he kills you. Also, use the PvP trinket when he uses kidney shot, cause he will use it sooner or later. It usually requires him to blow cooldowns to kill you if you do so.
~Paladins~ The most effective strategy I've seen against Ret Paladins is to just lay down all your dps increasing totems to just wail on 'em. For Holy it's best to use earth shock to interrupt his heals and pretty much the same for Ret Paladins...usually. Oh, and just a reminder, if you see magic buffs on your target, no matter what the class(except Resto Druids since purging a Lifebloom heals them), purge 'em. You'll be glad you did.
~Shaman(s? Never knew if it was plural with or without an s...so there's one just in case)~ Most fun class to fight aainst in my opinion. Purge the magic buffs, lay down dps totems and dps the crap out of em. Take their insignia as well so they won't self-rez. Usually works...the biggest Shaman problem you'll encounter though will probably be a Resto Shaman. Purge the shield, interrupt heals, dps.
~Druid~ Usually the rule of thumb is dps and slow them so they won't move around too much. The biggest problem about slowing them down though is that when they shift, any slowing effect is gone. So earthbind is usually used against them along with Frost Shock. The biggest Druid problem you'll have is Resto. Just try to keep them slowed and pray that WF will kill them quick.
~Warrior~ Usually the dps strategy works well, kiting works(but not as well) too. Sometimes they fear so use tremor totem often against them.
~Warlocks~ One of my favorites, lol. Grounding Totem and tremor totem are going to be your best friends against this class. make sure to use Earth Shock alot against them. Slow them when you can so you won't have to keep dropping totems.
~Mages~ They can be a tricky bunch. First thing is to purge the magic buffs. Second is to keep them in range via frost shock. Third is to use grounding totem often against them. WF usually rips 'em a new one. Skilled Mages can be quite tricky however.
~Priests~ They can be quite annoying to fight. First, purge. Second, keep them in range of your WF attacks. Third, use tremor totem for the fear cause it's coming sooner or later. If their a healer, just purge them and pray that they die asap, lol.
~Hunters~ Just slow them so they can stay in range, but if you see 'em turn red, then it becomes a little harder. usually just dps the crap outta them...usually.
So: for the fear-able classes, use tremor totem often. Purge, purge, purge!(nothing is better than purging a mage trying to slow-fall away to safety, <3) and let WF go to town. There's more advanced strategies about this, true, but I just summarized. Also, if I'm wrong about any of the info I posted, please by all means anyone correct it.

For an enhancement Spec:

I left the last point out since some Enhancement Shammies pick Totemic Mastery over the 5th point in Toghness. But that's up to you to decide.
