There are some basic flaws in my opinion the build you have shown. The improved rend is not that attractive. I have been a tank for some major instances and improved sunder armor reduces the rage cast and as a tank you will never feel short of rage. Improve defensive stance is a must you just cant avoid those 3 points.. Improved bloodrage is pretty useless, since you are so paranoid about rage generation, improved heroic strike and thunderclap will save you considerable rage and anger management will supply you small amount of constant rage. I hope you like this build

This is post-2.4.
If one has not kept up with a talent, build, or otherwise class over the patches then refrain from giving specific advise because it's very likely one can be wrong.

Classic example of an ignorant statement based on obsolete information & false misconceptions.

Any speculation that classes Improved Sunder Armor as useless is indeed ignorant. It is very useful in a variety of situations, and talents such as One-Handed Weapon Specialization are obvious threat-building bonuses. May I suggest something like this for tanking:

(The talents spent in Improved Bloodrage are both fillers/spare points.)
All I can say is that when I join an instance Pick-Up Group nothing makes me more annoyed than a poorly set up tanking spec!

I guess if you skip both Focused Rage & Imp. Sunder Armor you definitely need to take Unbridled Wrath 5/5.

I don't recommend skipping FR or ISA. I also don't recommend taking UW as Protection.

. Anger management is nice because as long as your in combat you get rage which is useful if your unable to hit a target. It's saved me many times. I never take IMP. Defensive Stance because 6% of a 3k spell is only 180 damage. Chances are you aren't going to be saved by that 180 HP. Imp Shield Wall over Imp taunt. If your having to taunt to a point you need the shorter cooldown your DPS is doing something wrong, take Imp shield wall instead. 16 seconds of "can't touch this" for your healers to save you from that .0001% chance crushing blow that hit you when Illidan was at 2%.
