Here's what you do.
Go to the character selection screen. Select your warlock. Then Click Delete. Type in "Delete" and hit enter.
Go ahead and reroll a new Warlock. Level him/her to 70, read these forums and check out Warlock guides.
That should answer almost any question you have and save a lot of people time and heart-ache in instances/forums/arenas/BG's, etc trying to deal with your e-bayness.

yeah, i've got to agree with kerminator. this is good advice for anyone who finds themselves with a level 70 character that they didn't experience the levelling process with. just follow those steps and you'll find that things become much simpler.
when you do this you don't have all the spells and skills at once so you can learn to use them as more get added.
good luck getting to grips with your character.

If i was quitting WoW, which i will eventually, I would give my characters to a friend or to my little brother. And i would not begrudge him accepting them, and playing on them noobishly (for a while), as that would be hypocritical. Just a little concept to consider before you shout eBay at people.

How is it hypocritical? Yes we were all noobs at one point, but that was from level 1-25. Not level 70.

Hypocritical because if i gave someone my characters instead of deleting them, i could not expect them not to accept, nor to know that much much about playing the character. But is giving away your characters to a friend when you quit morally wrong? I don't think many people would say it was. That's where the hypocrisy is.
I agree not knowing anything about a char you play at level 70 is intensely noobish, but it's just one of those things. Getting on a high horse about it is pretty silly.

while i agree with your sentiments, if i'd inherited a character and wanted information from a forum like this i might say:
"i've just inherited this character from a friend and need some help getting up to speed with it. my question is..."
in fact i'd read things like stickies and guides and then ask questions to fill in the gaps. the OP showed a clear lack of understanding of the game, never mind the class, and (along with spelling errors etc.) was asking to be teased.

Do you honestly think anyone cares about that? Yeah, some people are afraid of being banned; I'm not going to go model changing myself to risk losing what I've earned. But being a total tool and following the rules laid out to you like their your damned bible is just an annoyance to everyone around you. Learn to follow your own will.
I resent that. I am far from a tool. I've done many things that are technically considered illegal, they're stupid minor things, but illegal nonetheless. If I got caught though calling the cops tools for following some stupid rules like the bible isn't going to do me much good. All I'm saying is if you're going to play with fire, expect to get burned.
And I do follow my own will, otherwise my life would be very dull.

I appreciate that. Rules exist for a reason, sometimes its not a very good reason however. But the trick is following the rules when its in your advantage. If I was able to report an idiot on my server who had a level 70 given to him and played it like trash, I probably would. Selective rule following.
