Hi, this Saturday is going to be my first time in Gruul's lair and
possibly
tanking Kiggler (I say possibly because we have much better geared and skilled hunters in our guild).
I have some questions:
Where should my pet be?
Where can I get some some Nature Resist gear?
How far should I be standing from the other hunter and the healer?
. . . umm, may have more questions later ;)
Thank you.

You have enough nature resist for the fight with
Aspect of the Wild,
Use it for that fight then shut it off. Augment your lost DPS with
Blessing of Might,
Grab a
Warp Burger
and drink up on
Elixir of Major Agility
and Since Hunters typically have mid range of health drinking an
Elixir of Major Fortitude
isn't a bad idea either. Alternatively if you're low on Hit then grab some "
Spicy Hot Talbuk
" so you don't miss - during the fight your pet should be up in kigglers face tearing out his eyeballs just mend pent and you'll do fine. Once he's down switch back to Aspect of the Hawk and take down the rest of HK's pals.
The fight isn't difficult, you should be able to take him down within 1-3mins.

i did grulls lair tonight and you dont have to tank kiggler lol. here is what i did , i dismissed my pet, casted misdirect on hkm to the main tank and attacked one of the bosses..half the raid was down but we end up pulling something pro and downed HKM :) other than that i got 2 pieces tonight haha
However, if you want to down HKM and not half wipe, having two hunter tanks on Kiggler works quite well. Once one is sheeped, the other picks him up. Kill order should be such that you don't have to strain a healers skills for too long before Kiggler gets picked up and downed by the rest of the raid.

I'd say keep your pet as far away from Kiggler as you can. I've had experiences where melee has simpy just ran past Kiggler only for him to poly one of the hunters and smacking down on the melee. After he had finished of fthat poor rogue he ran over to where we were standing and melee'd us to death! Yay!
I say if you pet starts attacking Kiggler you might wanna swap targets and headshot your pet before continuing.
