Website that does collect those wotlk leaks :
http://wotlk.wikidot.com/
And of direct interrest to us, the full druid talent tree as it stands now (linked from the previous site) :
http://www.war-tools.com/t52319.html
As a moonkin, there are several things that caught my attention aside from the new talents :
- brambles amplifies treant damage
- iFF works on spells too
- first resto tier talents rearranged and number of points required diminished (though i'd have preferred subtlety rather than Nature's Focus)
- Master Shapeshifter gives access to a new talent to increase spelldamage by 4% in moonkin form
I don't want to get too excited as things are bound to move around a lot until release, but some of those changes are really sweet.

Berserk looks sexy as hell. Guess what Combat Rogues? We have our own Adrenaline Rush now! Woot!

Infected Wounds - Your Shred, Maul and Mangle attacks have a 20/40/60/80/100% chance to cause an Infected Wound in the target. The Infected Wound reduces the movement speed and casting speed of the target by 10%. Stacks up to 5 times. Lasts 12 sec.
That is it! That is it, baby! I have been saying for as long as I've played a Druid that we need some kind of snare while in form. Warriors have hamstring, Rogues have crippling poison, Hunters have wing clip, Paladins can get judgement of justice. Druids are the only melee-capable class without a snare to keep our enemies in range and to reduce kiting. Granted we can shift out and back to break enemy roots and snares, but that gets mana expensive really fast.

The one change I am still waiting for is spell crits granting mana back, instead of spell haste (which lets us burn mana even faster). Dreamstate is unchanged, and not really sufficient - at least not while leveling. When you start to get into endgame, mana regen on gear, plus party buffs will help, but that's a long way off for many players.QI do'nt really agree with that, Intensity and spirit regen changes already made things a lot better.
- levelling : you have to drink often, but can do 4-5 mobs in a row at least. (and i'm probably very conservative there, but since it's been 1.5 years i can't say i remember well how it went for me. Between innervate and wack the last 5% down (+ the OO5SR kicks in faster), i don't remember mana being a strong issue for me while levelling.
- 5 man instances : no problem there, some use of potions in the worst case and it's settled (Botanica end boss was the only boss that really caused me mana problems)
- end-raiding : buffs + gear with spirit = happy moonkin. And that's mostly never having a shadow priest or chaman, though I got the alchemist stone to compensate for that.
The only place where i found mana to be really difficult to manage was early raiding in Karazhan (mana oil, mana regen food, draenic wisdom AND downranking starfire to last through the Prince), and that was before intensity and 2.4.
All in all, I'm quite satisfied with how mana is at the moment, which makes a +haste aura nice. I do agree that +mana would have helped groupability morem but haste looks good (for raiding, will be mostly useless in 5 mans).
We have to remember though that WotLK will being new mana pools and stat levels, as well as new spell cost, so it's difficult to speculate on how it will be in the future.

supposed new feral talents ?
- infected wounds : two powerfull poisons everytime, cheated and what is the relation between poison and feral druid ?
- bersek : a mix of warrior bersek, last stand warrior and adrenaline rush rogue.
So, the lvl 80 feral druid will get lvl 70 talents from warrior and rogues, as a sub-category, I personnally don't want it. The feral druid should be much more different than warriors and rogues with its own personnality and gameplay based on blood debuffs and DoTs. I would prefer techniques inspired by the bears and lynx in Zul'aman such as :
- lynx rush (zul'jin lynx form) : a very fast attack on all targets within 10-15 yards dealing a snare debuff. This attack would generate a lot af aggro and obviously break all the CC, so it should be used with caution.
- an improved rake, stackable, dealing much more damages in cat form
- improved faerie fire : place it in feral talent
- "enraged" : an increased "tiger fury" in cat form and an increased "frenzied regeneration" in bear form. The effect would stack 3-5 times if you do crit in cat or if you are hit in bear.
- I would also appreciate an increased travel form at lvl 60 (and maybe lvl 80), to make it a mount via a serie of quests.
