The indoor roots would be a boon to being a feral cat or a moonkin.
However, I don't think it'd be overpowered-
1. It would suck against casters and hunter mobs still
2. It's still a pretty unstable form of CC considering how fast it can break and that it becomes DR on the next cast.
3. On a sketchy pull, is a party still going to risk the chance of it breaking?
Anyway, I'll be happy for it, but all of that to say it's still not a Sheep or a Sap.

This build will probably be the standard Feral Druid build for multi role situations (Cat and Bear).
No Imp LotP to put 2/2 in Primal Precision, drop 3/3 from Primal Tenacity to favor Natural Shapeshifter and Master Shapeshifter. King of the Jungle would be amazing if they would tell you the cool down on it, which might be useful. I read somewhere that Tiger's Fury had no energy cost anymore just a longer cool down, if that is the case then King of the Jungle might be worthwhile. Infected Wounds looks amazing for PvP (obviously) but it would be hard to fit in there for a PvE build, still could be very very usefull (can you say Feral Thunderclap?).
Basically what we gain over our current builds now is the following:
Master Shapeshifter: 4% Critcal Strike in Cat, or 4% Damage bonus in Bear.
Primal Precision: 10 Expertise, and 80% Energy restoration on a failed to hit Finishing Move.
Imp Mangle: 20% less cool down in Bear, and 6 less Energy cost in Cat (making it 34 energy)
Primal Aggression: 10% damage increase on bleeding targets with Maul, Mangle and Shred and 50% Critical Strike chance with Ferocious Bite on bleeding targets. (this is going to be a very confusing talent to use, do we use Rip still and ignore Ferocious Bite, or do we keep the target bleeding with Rake; due to the chages to Rake it could be a viable option, and use Ferocious Bite?)
Bersker: 50% less Energy cost in Cat form, 100% HP increase in Bear and effectivly cleaving attacks with Mangle and Maul up to 3 targets (how cheap would it be if Lacerate could cleave :P insta aggro).
Needless to say, I am happy :].
