Arena 2v2/3v3, balance or resto?

I am wondering what I should do at arena.
I want to heal, but also want to DPS. I dont know whether I should go deep in Balance and become restokin or go hardcore healing? Can I do ok damage in Hardcore healing, or would it suck?

For the record, if you're after a pure pvp restobuild I would skip tree, since you really won't be using it much.

ToL is for PvE, but it's worth a point.
If you're serious about arenas, go full Resto. Balance builds are viable, but are more for novelty. You need exceptional skill and teamwork to succeed with them.
