The announcement of Warlords of Draenor.
Best memory for this year was blizzcon! loved all the announcements especially the garrisons! such a cool concept and looking forward to seeing it in the game! <3
Well, I finally got a second chance at life with a job after years of searching and being declined because of medical and social reasons. No more floating in the void if I can help it. On the other hand 2013 has taken a great few things away from me like the WoW TCG which I happily looked forward every week and my local roleplaying group stopped existing so my social network is restricted only to going out to dance clubs in the weekends now.All in all, a more positive year and I hope 2014 will bring me much more desperately needed positivity.
2013 was an adventure all the way around. Becoming a first time grandmother right before Christmas was the best gift ever. Also winning the Raven Lord Mount from Sethekk Halls after numerous attempts, getting one of the mounts from Brewfest, reading about the new expansion coming out & all the nifty things they are doing with it, & having a family that is in good health.
The best part of 2013 in wow for me would be working on my 60 twink, it's been a project I've been working on for 7 months now and I'm almost complete with it. My first twink and I've had a fun time investing so much time and gold into making a beast toon.
Greatest accomplishment was 'catching up' somewhat after taking a forced break. Then actually leveling two alts in addition. The new expansion sounds exciting. Hoping to get back to raiding with my Husband, we enjoy raiding together.
My favorite WOW moment of 2013 was the announcement of the new expansion, Warlords of Draenor.
the announcement of the garrison in WoD
best part of 2013 was learning whats to come in 2014
My favorite part of 2013 in-real-life was being able to spend a couple of weeks at my parents. Growing up and living away from home is just a part of life, well my life, and so when I had the chance to just hang out with them as a adult it was... well... awesome. In-game my favorite part was I finally scored my Azure Drake, something I have been hunting for such a very long time, so my mage is happy (I got it for her) and so that made me happy.Merry Christmas!
My Favorite part of 2013 was finally graduating college!
Two winters ago I received a battle chest as a gift. It was amazing. I've played off and on over the years but this one was the best. My guild got to 25, I've started doing raids on my main but most of all I've been able to have an escape from my depression. In the real world I may be suffering but in Azeroth I fight monsters and evil doers, I am able to travel and completely immerse myself into a world of such amazing history and magic. I guess if I had to choose the best part in game it would have to be when I first reached 90 in April. It took a lot of hard work and patience but everyone here knows that amazing feeling of seeing all that hard work paying off. Happy Holidays to all of you and I wish you another year, and many more, of amazing game play.
My favorite Blizzard related part of 2013 was seeing that Heroes of the Storm Trailer. That was really cool.
My favorite part of 2013 was when CLG and TSM played against each other in the summer split. The game where CLG won with minions, was pretty intense game.
Finding out Blizz is finally redoing the vanilla race character models. It's about time indeed.
I just hit my one-year WOW anniversary in 2013 and got my first character to 90, just in time for them to bump the levels up to 100. I'm still looking forward to Draenor!
probably blizzcon
My favorite thing about 2013 was the trailer for Heroes of the Storm.

I have to say my favorite part of 2013 was getting a second character to 90. Not a big deal to a lot of people, but with a few of my health limitations, it took a lot of effort and time -- and am am so proud to be working a third up to 90 as well... Pandaria gave me the game I've loved since Vanilla wow back! :D
