I have jsut now ripped out my Cool-down watcher that was hidden, TellMeWhen, and replaced it with CoolLines. About to go into a raid so i'll let you know how it works, but it seems similar to the one you suggested.
They're actually different. I have both a
cool-line-like
addon that tracks *active* cooldowns on a logarithmic scale, and CooldownWatch, which shows them in all states. The "problem" with only having the line is that if you don't use a cooldown right as it pops for whatever reason, there's no indication that it's available still. The absence of it's icon on the line means that it's up, of course, but I find that having it shown as "ready" somewhere helps me. Not necessarily on my rogue, since I've been playing in for 5+ years now, but on alts it makes a difference.
I'd also suggest getting
InternalCooldowns

That's quite an improvement over the last version. One small thing - you have a redundant combo point display on your unitframes. Also, you could move the action bar and recount boxes to the left so they form a rectangle with the unitframe boxes.

Nice improvement from the previous one IMO.

You know when you spend so long looking at something, you miss the obvious?
I could kiss you . Blatantly Photoshopped Edit:

First, I got to say, all of you folks got some super sweet interfaces and should package them up on curse.com. I am just getting into the ripping things out of my interface and trying to clean out duplication. To that effect, what addon does the CP indicator and energy bar in this pic, is is slick. Combo Points Redux that I have is not nearly as clean looking though I haven't messed with it a lot to change the bubble it uses.

Personally - i dont think you can get a decent interface by installing someone else's.
See, that has been my issue in a lot of ways so I have been trying one thing at a time to see what works. Messing with Spartan UI right now, looks nice, though the focus thing is cheesing me off and it seems that somewhere in there or x-perl or something, it opens a second focus unit frame. I am about to trash it and see what x-pearl and bartender do by themselves if I can figure out how to turn off the different pieces of crap in the default UI one at a time.
It's StatusBars2. Once you've installed it, turn off everything except energy and Combo-Points, then Scale it and drag it somewhere obvious. It's the only Enercy/CP bar i've ever been happy with.
Cool, will look into it. Combo Points Redux works fine, it is just not elegant and clean and the CP meter in IceHUD sucks too.
