I like Steam. It's nice to be able to know that regardless of which computer you're on you can login and access your games.
I use carbonite on a regular basis. Also NPC scan.Big helps!
I have gamer friends who use Steam, but I myself do not. I do use the electronic download for WOW, Stacraft II, and Star Wars Old Republic, but not sure that counts.
I use Steam for Portal, Portal 2, and Skyrim: my favorite games of all time (bar LoZ).
Yes, I use Steam. Steam is great :P It's very easy, usually cheap and it goes fast. Wish Wowhead had something similar, but I don't know what it would be about though.
I use Steam extensively and Origin only when it's the only way to get a particular game. With Steam, they have such a massive library of games available and so many great sales, it's silly not to use it to get games. "Oh 'that game,' I remember 'that game' was so much fun. I can get it for $5, sure I'll buy it." Origin is far less appealing but required to get any EA games from after Origin's start. To date I've only used it to get two games, Star Wars T.O.R. and Dead Space 3. Both times were painful at best.
I tried getting something with Steam ages ago, and it turned out to be a huge hassle. I've avoided it explicitly ever since.
Heck ya, I use steam all the time, love it
I use Steam daily got 168 games there and have Origin too only for BF3.
The only download type thingy that I use is Curse Client to make my life easier when updating WoW addons. Other than that, no. Bf uses Steam and loves it though because of the discounts they put up sometimes. :)
I use steam now and then, to play Counter-Srike. But mostly (99% of my gaming time) I play WoW, because it rocks :)
Whenever I play on PC I use Steam because of their smooth layer interface. But I only really buy games on Steam during their crazy sales (50-75% off). I've tried Origin but it's a bit clunky to navigate and also a bit lacking in features compared to Steam.Another digital download service I use is PSN. Since I'm a PS plus member I get "free" games each month (quotations marks are there because I still have to pay a subscription fee). And I'm more of a console player than a PC player so it suits me fine. Although, as many has said, I'm using all of the above less than before since WoW eats up most of my spare time.
Yes i do. I use both steam and origin. They are good for both communicating and for getting cheap and good games. They are also good to get a check up in the gaming community and get the latest updates on different games.
I use to use steam a lot, but lately the games there are just boring at times and Steam has a lot of bugs and glitches that just get annoying at times.I have tried Desura but it is not that great either. So I have come back to WoW, and I sure have missed it!
I used steam couple of times but now WOW takes my free time.
I do have Steam and Origin. It's because I love the games they have.

I haven't even heard of Steam, but I am mainly a World of Warcraft player... I'll have to look into it!
I use Steam...mainly b/c I got Portal for free on it way back in the day and then I liked how the service worked.
Yes, I use steam, because it's easy and quick to buy games there!
