I respecced my Feats last night, paying the AD cost to do so. Later I decided to respec my Powers too, paying the Zen cost. It turns out that the 600-Zen respec resets powers, feats and even attribute points.
Just to make sure, but the Zen-respec doesn't let you re-roll your initial attribute points, does it?

I wouldn't imagine so. I had played too many Eye of the Beholder games to not sit and OCD over getting the best stat combo by rerolling again and again at character creation, though, so I don't know for sure because I haven't looked at it.

The roll system in Neverwinter is pretty much the lamest roll system I've ever seen. There are only a dozen or so possible variations, and you can hit all of them in around 30 rolls. It's pretty much there for nostalgia.
I ask because at the moment, there are good reasons to roll a charisma/strength cleric and just ignore Wisdom. But this being beta, that kind of make me wary, and if you can't change your initial rolls, I'll probably stick with the probably more future-proof route of stacking Wisdom.

Aint that the truth? I spent almost 40 min rerolling till I had the combination that I specifically wanted. In retrospective, it could had taken a lot longer.

@HSR- I did notice that- I was hoping for double 20's in my good stats, and it seemed like it never happened for me, but there were never rolls with low stats either. I wasn't sure what system they were using.

There are literally just 12 pre-defined distributions, and every time you roll it just randomly selects one of them to give you.

@Rank:
While the consensus agrees with your conclusion (GWF need more oomph!) one must be fair and say that level 5 tells you very little beyond the basic feel of the classes.
Also, the GF Cleave says "the third hit does additional damage" but this is regarding the combo of three swings that you do if you hold the button down and not about the targets hit by each swing.
There are some reports of GWF doing quite well in later dungeons so it may well be that they just require more feats to make them work which would still need balancing to make them fun at lower levels but it's a ray of hope for those who like the class.

No, just the additional points you get while levelling.(##RESPBREAK##)16##DELIM##asakawa##DELIM##

man, I'm having a HARD time deciding which of my 2 classes to dedicate myself to.
I really like my guardian, but also like A LOT my rogue. I can't decide which one to focus on.

That does seems interesting.
You know Elhonna, I just remembered something you said about how you started playing Neverwinter, and it provoked a funny mental image :P You said you initially weren't very intested, but Kaz told you that it had companions and that caught your eye.
This is the mental image of how that went:
Rough dramatization
Kazic
: Hey, check this out, its a new MMO, seems promising.
Elhonna
: Meh, I'll pass.
Kazic
: It has companions.
Elhonna

that is basically 100% how that worked Rank. I think it was like.
Hey I think you'd like this game, it's free to play, set in DnD and has companions you can collect, and player made quests.
and she made an account in seconds.
