Coldpelt Bloodhowl Iceheart
Krasarang Wilds
Coldpelt, teetering and clearly drunk by now, stared blankly at the scene before her.

Lyshalis placed her twin blades back into their sheaths, moved out of her combat stance and then lastly sighed.
"What does the letter say?" She asked curiously.

"Hm?" Varyn asked, sorting out the letter and handing it back to the gnome who tipped his hat and returned tot he drill. The mage looked to the enclosed letter he had received in sudden understanding. "Oh! It's a...a personal one," he said.
With a clang the door of the drill was shut. With a muffled grinding sound betraying a second drill on the bottom, the machine began to tunnel away once more.

"And the letter you sent to Kafman?" She asked as she eyed the machine as it diged itself down the cold earth.

Snowmane stirred quietly at the sound of the drill, but didn't wake up.

"What kind of person is it we are to meet? Is it one of those, what do you call them, nobelity?" Lyshalis asked, taking her eyes of the hole in the ground and on to Varyn and stood in a casually pose with a hand on her hip.

"Something of the sort, yes." Varyn stretched his arms and sighed. Dusting off his robes, he rose to his feet and moved to his mechanohog. "So you'll be taking first watch then?" he asked, retrieving a bed roll and blanket from the machine.

"Yes that is correct." Lyshalis said bluntly.
Then she moved back to her seat at the tree, already warmed by the elf's bodyheat and was suprisingly comfortable.

"Very good then." With a flick of his wrist the mage snapped the bedroll out and onto the ground near the former fire pit. The blanket came forth next to drift atop it. He stopped there in sudden thought, glancing towards the sleeping Snowmane. Softly padding over to the worgen, he laid the blanket atop her.
Satisfied he returned to his bedroll and lay down still in his robes. He placed his sword directly by his head and sighed. "Well then, until tomorrow. Good-"
"-night," 67 finished, craning his head over the hillock nearly a mile away.
"Wow," Vaudeville gasped from his perch in the tree. "I gotta say, that's uncanny fellah. How do you manage that?"
67 sniffed beneath his copious bandages at the attention. "Well, you know," he preened with a grin filled with dagger teeth. "I'm not just another pretty face."
"Quiet." Damocles glanced from the binoculars to the two former prisoners. "I'm calculating." When satisfied his orders were being managed, Damocles returned to the binoculars, muttering beneath his breath.
"Alright," he said at length, eyes still trained on the distant campers silhouetted in the fading light. "The two appear to be in an inebriated stupor, and judging by their files I doubt it is feigned. The death knight and the warlock are absent. Possibly copulating. That leaves the mage and elf to contend with.
"Chances of success, however, climb sharply if we can be rid of them and only need deal with the worgen. But..." he glanced towards the night elven camp with thinly veiled annoyance, "odds of doing so without interference are too low." He looked back to the camp in speculative silence.
With nothing more than a chillingly blank look towards the camp, Damocles turned about and slipped like a shadow back into the night choked jungle. Subject 67 - with a shrug and toothy grin towards the monochrome Vaudeville - disintegrated into snaking black smoke, leaving the odd humanoid to follow into the darkness to wait.

Padon Won

Krasarang Wilds
Padon Won woke up on the floor and tied to a chair.
It was a compromising and uncomfortable position to be sure, doubly so as he appeared to be nursing several new bruises. Of course, he struggled first. When that came to naught, he managed to calm down and, closing his eyes tried to recall the last of what had happened.
He had woken up that morning late, having been sitting amongst the Alliance late into the night listening to their stories again. By the time he realized how long had passed, he had already been obscenely late, sending the young pandaren pelting through the jungle as a shortcut to reach the inn.
And then...nothing. It...must have been bandits. They must have come in through the back when he arrived, knocked him out and tied him up while robbing the place. What...what if they were still inside? He squirmed in his ropes in sudden panic, only for the ropes to fall off immediately.
Padon Won rose in surprise and examined the ropes. They were cut...but...did...did he do that? He glanced about the room, abruptly noticing the smashed window and the silver light of the moon casting it's way inside. By the Serpent! How long had he been out. The young pandaren cautiously moved towards the door, intending to explore the inn.
He hoped those bandits were long gone.

Lyshalis woke up from her slumber thanks to the morning light by the tree. She arose from her fetal position to standing on all four and began to streach like a feline creature and followed by a yawn.
The night elf then stood up and watched to see who had the watch and who was awake.

Aldos awoke the next morning and looked around seeing that everyone was still asleep he stood up and stretched then quickly caught Isindra when she rolled off his shoulder with a chirp waking her up as well. He walked over to the fire and saw that it was down to ember's and waved his hand lighting it on fire again as he sat down in front of it.

Vashadya yawned and stretched, sitting up slowly, meditation having been far more soothing and restful than actual sleep.

Gurka sat tending the fire on the final watch shift, having been unable to sleep. She had obvious bags beneath her eyes and her mouth was drawn into a toothy scowl.
Character: Snowmane, Malice
Location: Krasarang Wilds
Snowmane snored quietly. If she'd had a guard shift, she'd been far too unconscious to take it.
Where Malice's seed crystal had been left, a sludgy mass had formed into a mostly humanoid shape. Once the internal skeleton had solidified, the glowing body managed to stand, looking at the Death Knight, its eyeless face shapeless and undefined as yet.

Vashadya Duskwind
Barrens
Vashadya rubbed her eyes, a fragile layer of calm masking the memories of the previous night, and looked around. While to all outward appearances the priestess looked fine, in reality she was exhausted, meditation being a poor, but tranquil, substitute for sleep.
"Are you alright?" she asked Gurka concernedly, noting the orc's expression.

Character:
Varyn Brighthammer, Mordecai
Location:
Krasarang Wilds
Varyn was already awake, resting with his back against a tree with goggles over the eyes. In truth, he hadn't slept at all, having feigned sleeping until his turn at watch. Any of the three women could have been an enemy, just waiting for him to fall asleep before they rose up, tore their faces off and devoured him.
...Admittedly that didn't happen very often but it might! And with Mordecai absent, the two worgen inebriated (so they said), and an elf of very uncertain loyalties he'd decided it best to stay awake. Sleeping got people killed.
As the night elf awoke Varyn crumpled the well read letter had held. "Good morning," he greeted, incinerating the paper in his hand. The ashes hadn't even hit the ground before he was up and moving towards Snowmane. "Sleep well?"
Mordecai had not moved an inch all night. He didn't sleep, and waiting was something he was unnervingly good at. He could have been a statue as he waited for the amorphous blob to make the first move.

"Just tired," Gurka answered Vashadya with a sigh. "I couldn't get into a deep sleep after that nightmare..."
Kitanga sat on the edge of the camp, quietly meditating, while Dag'rema stretched and watched the others.
Character: Snowmane, Malice
Location: Krasarang Wilds
Snowmane roused and blinked, looking at Varyn. It didn't take long for her to wince at the sunlight and groan in pain. "%#$@... I should've known better than to mix liquors..." she murmured, trying to get to her feet but still feeling dizzy.
The human shaped amalgamation of glowing green matter sat opposite the Death Knight and stared at him. It made some strange gurgly sounds, but couldn't yet form words.

"Oh, there there," Varyn said, helping her to her feet. "Easy."
The rising sun was at the armoured figures' back, casting a long looming shadow over the blob. He still did not move. He seemed to be waiting, and that he had been so for this long lent evidence that it was to be sure what he had to say would not be wasted.
