the best part has to be the first time you lvl up a guy to 90 just discovering the new environment with the music and great quests really makes you feel like part of the world.
Pandaria itself is my favorite part of Mists.

My favorite part is enjoying the questing as well as the design of the areas. I especially love having my own farm.
I like the dragon mounts best
The beauty of the continent! Love it.
I'm still in love with the monk class, I've never had this much fun tanking or healing. It's so versatile and so defined. Definitely well developed compared to the launch of the DKs.
I enjoy the feeling of exploration Pandaria gives. Every time you turn around there is a possibility to find a lore object, a hidden stash, or just something special.
New zones, new race/class and achievement sharing.
My favorite part about the expansion has to be the re-ignited War between the Horde and the Alliance. As a former Warcraft I and II player I am truly happy that a new conflict between them has arisen, it was about time Warcraft Lore returned to it's roots!
My favorite part is all the stuff you can do instead of sitting in a city twiddling your thumbs waiting for raid or a queue pop like finding rare mobs, rare items, farming, battle pets, soon you can farm old raids for more battle pets, dailies, over 40 dailies just with Pandaria, and with the cap gone you can do every daily quest there is.
I think my favorite part is all the new quests and places to explore. I also really like the pet battles, and of course the AoE looting :D
I haven't been able to play MoP because my computer can't handle WoW anymore. :(
the story/quest line and the aoe looting is my favorite
The story itself...and i you think a feature, than the talents!
Definitely the class changes.
The quest line from start to end. And the dailies. Plus how they opened the raids slowly. Instead of just bursting them out.
That seriously epic variety of content. Kept me busy for far longer than any expansion to date.
