I'd make a boss based on Associate Professer Evil in Oxhorn's videos
Phase 1 (100% health): Basic boss with basic warlock abilities.
Phase 2 (75% health): Gives his pet (Barnaby) a potion making him huge, and then kills every single member in your raid group who has EVER begged for gold.
Phase 3 (50% health): Summons the scyth of elune and kills everybody in your raid group who has ever farmed for gold.
Phase 4 (25% health): Turns into Leitunent Colonal Virtue and automatically kills all the ninjas in your raid group.
After the 25% health he starts a 3 second cast that will utterly whipe the entire raid, while casting he takes 5000% damage. Meaning you'll need a couple of members left to take him out.
Chances are, only adult-only guilds will down this boss. =)

The 25-Man Raid Group
<That Freaking Group That Killed Every Raid Boss Before You>
Phase 1: The 25-man group will attempt to send a tank at you. Do not focus on the tank. Instead, start attacking and lowering the mana (if possible) of the healers.
Phase 2: This part is slightly easier, as the group will send a hunter or shammy to tank...or maybe even an evasion tank rogue. Just cast spells on the rogue, and melee/range down the hunter or shammy.
Phase 3: A warlock will be tanking you down. Kill the stupid clothy with a well timed melee attack.
Phase 4: The rest of the raid will start crying stuff like 50 DKP minus! and start pointing at each other and spreading blame. Just own them all and you win.

Pure Win
<The Concentrated Awesomeness That is Win>
HP: 100000
Mana: Infinite
Phase 1: Repairs
Broken I.W.I.N Buttons
that are held by the entire raid, then steals every single one. For each one that he steals, he gains 50 million to his max health. However, it also increases the amount of items it drops.
Phase 2:
Beam of Win
: Concentrates the power of win into a powerful beam, dealing 4000 damage to the initial target, and bouncing to 80 nearby targets as long as each one is within 5 yards of each other. The damage triples with each bounce, and cannot hit the same target twice. All targets hit by this are also disoriented for 10 seconds.
Winful Strike
: Hits the current target (he has no aggro list) for 99% of the target's health, then deals an additional 50% a second later. This replaces his melee attack.
Phase 3: (75% Health)
Winfury Crit
: Strikes 10 times in quick succession, dealing double the melee damage that this mob would have with each strike. The final strike knocks the target back 60 yards.
Finger of Win
: Shoots a ray of win out of his appendages, instantly killing the target and forcing the target to release corpse.
Phase 4: (50% HP)
Succession
: Increases attack speed by 10% for each %hp below 50%.
Negate Failure
: Instantly ressurects any enemies killed by Finger of Win.
Phase 5: (10% HP)
I WIN BUTTON
: Uses the I.W.I.N. Buttons stolen at the start of the fight, dealing 50,000 damage to everyone in the raid each second per button stolen. He will cast this once a minute.

Doom Dragon (WoW Style)
<Final Boss of Golden Sun 2>
HP: 43,000,000
Mana: 12,500,630
Enrage Timer: 15 minutes.
Taunt-immune.
Phase 1: Lands from the sky, dealing an instant 10,000 damage to the raid and immediately begins attacking the closest target to him, who will gain 100k of threat.
Earthen Shockwave: Stomps the ground hard, dealing melee + 3000 to the tank and 5000 damage to everyone else. This attack is used frequently.
Triple Strike: Crushes everyone in front of Doom Dragon for 120000 base physical damage. This is mitigated by armor and is split between 3 targets.
Blast Breath: Shoots a fiery beam from his second mouth, dealing 15000 Fire damage to everyone in a line. This targets a random person. It also lowers armor by 50% and resistances by 100 for 20 seconds.
Desert Gasp: Breaths a sandstorm from his third mouth, dealing 2500 Nature Damage and increases all Nature Damage taken by 100%. This stacks infinitely and hits the entire raid. Is used every 20-30 seconds, hence why phase 1 is a dps race. Duration = 2 minutes.
Offensive Thorns: Grows painful nettles where someone stands. This affects a 5 yard radius area and deals 2000 Nature Damage per second whenever someone stands there. Lasts for about 45 seconds.
Earth Force: Stuns 3 random targets for 5 seconds. This cannot target the Main Tank.
Phase 2: At roughly 66%, one of the heads on the Doom Draon vaporizes, causing 5000 Fire Damage to the entire raid. The Doom Dragon begins to use stronger attacks.
Condemnment: Deals 20000 Shadow Damage to a target. This cannot be reduced in any way so keep the raid healed.
Djinni Blast: Fires the power of elemental djinni at a target, dealing 10000 Nature and Holy damage and reducing all attributes and ratings by 75% for 10 seconds.
Sand Blast: Creates a sinkhole that fires sand upward. The ranged dps must target the sand worm (500,000 health) in this hole and kill it as it constantly shoots sand into the air, dealing 2500 Nature damage to random raid members every second. Standing in the sinkhole reduces all movement by 99%.
Haunting Spirits: Fires a spirit bolt at an area, cursing everyone who gets affected. This moves at a moderate speed and should be avoided. Deal 10000 Shadow damage and reduces all damage and healing done by the affected by 50% as well as dealing 5000 Shadow Damage per 2 seconds. Duration = 20 seconds.
Double Crush: Hits 2 targets (one is the Main Tank) in
melee range
of Doom Dragon. This attack is threat based unlike Triple Strike and deals 90000 Physical damage when unmitigated total.
Mana Charge: Restores 10% of Doom Dragon's mana every 2 seconds for 6 seconds.
Phase 3: At roughly 33%, Doom Dragon's second head vaporizes, dealing 10000 Fire damage to the raid and also decreasing damage dealt by 25% for the 20 minutes.
Cruel Ruin: The ultimate attack of Doom Dragon. Cast time = 10 seconds. Deals 25000 Nature damage to the entire raid and increases all Nature damage taken by 25% for 10 seconds. High Nature resistance is recommended.
Darksol Gasp: Deals 30000 Shadow damage in a 15 yard cone and increases all damage taken by 100% for 1 minute. This MUST be decursed ASAP because it stacks 20 times.
Defensive Aura: Reduces all damage taken by 90% for 5 seconds. Casts once per minute.
Sap Soul: Aura effect that deals 1000 Shadow damage to all within 30 yards every 3 seconds for 15 seconds. Heals Doom Dragon for double the amount. Outrange it if you can!
Nettles: Creates spikey Nettles. Similar to Offensive Thorns except it has a 10 yard radius, reduces movement by 50%, and can occasionally root the target for 2 seconds if it takes damage.
Crushing Blow: Stuns the main tank for 15 seconds.
If you manage to defeat Doom Dragon, you have a chance to receive "Sol Blade." As this is the best non-cursed weapon from Golden Sun 2, it's pretty self-explanatory how legendary it is.

Dullahan
<The Real Final Boss...>
HP: 55,000,000
Mana: 62,000,000
Berserk Timer: 15 minutes
Phase 1: Dullahan starts this phase with a really long speech about having to earn the power locked in this chamber and proceeds to attack the closest target.
Formina Sage: Uses this at a high frequency, cleaving 4 targets in front of him for 300,000 Physical and Holy damage. This can be mitigated by armor and is split evenly among the 4 targets.
Curse of Weakening: Lowers all damage dealt by the affected by 99%. Lasts 5 minutes and must be decursed.
Curse of Impotency: Lowers all healing done by the affected by 99%. Lasts 5 minutes and also must be decursed.
Spirit Swarm: Deals 10,000 Nature damage to a target and everyone within 15 yards of him/her. Also curses all the targets to take a further 3000 Nature damage each second for 20 seconds.
Phase 2: 50%: Dullahan begins to infuse his body with immense shadow power...
Elemental Swap: 2 second cast. Immediately casts Charon afterwards.
Charon: Summons a spirit of the River Styx, which bombards the raid multiple times for 7500 Shadow Damage per second for 10 seconds. Also afflicts everyone with Condemnment, which kills all the affected after 25 seconds. Decursers must be fast to get this off.
True Collision: Drains the soul of 3 targets in front of him, dealing 15,000 Shadow Damage every second for 2 seconds and draining 200% of the amount.
Phase 3: 25%: Dullahan begins to grow steadily more powerful. His attacks becomes more relentless.
Dark Infusion: Increases all physical damage dealt by 10%. This stacks every 20 seconds and lasts 5 minutes. Consider this a soft enrage.
Djinni Storm: Hurls the power of Elemental Djinni, dealing 15,000 Fire, Nature, Frost, Holy, and Shadow damage. This damage is checked against the lowest resistance. This attack hits the whole raid.
Amplify Damage: Increases all damage done to the main tank by 100% for 20 seconds. Decurse this asap!

I was always fond of dual boss encounters, such as The Twin Emperors in AQ40 or The Eredar Twins in Sunwell. I'm at work with nothing to do briefly, so I'll design one.
The bosses are two royal guards presiding over a doorway leading further into the raid. Upon initial aggro, they will close and lock the doors, run to predetermined sides of the chamber, much like the 4 Horsemen encounter, and then become hostile targets.
Boss 1:
Auros
<Sanctum Protector>
Level: ? (Boss)
HP: 3.8 Million
Mana: 8 Million
Auros is a female Shaman. Her melee swings deal significant damage, but can be healed through fairly easily. Her totems are nothing like typical Shaman totems, however. They cause many things to happen, which much be reacted to quickly. Here are her totems:
* Totem of Ancient Mending
Before dropping this totem, Auros will Thunderstorm, knocking anyone in the vicinity to the other side of the room. After the knockback, Auros will drop the totem, and then begin casting a spell called "Ancient Regeneration." This is a 45 second cast, and if allowed to complete, it will heal 100% of Auros and Vexicus's HP.
The totem has a big, blue pulsing AoE, and anyone who comes into its proximity will be phased out. A few DPS and Healers need to run over to the totem and get phased. In the alternate reality, the totem is there, and is crackling with static electricity. The totem has 200,000HP. 30% of all damage dealt to the totem is reflected back at the attacker, and it must be killed. When the totem is destroyed, the phase-out fades, and Auros is stunned, interrupting her heal. Tanking resumes.
* Totem of Sacrifice
Totem of Sacrifice is dropped every 1 minute. It has 100HP. If this totem is not killed within 6 seconds, it will explode, instantly killing all targets in the chamber. Any player that deals a killing blow to this totem will receive a debuff called "Sacrificed," which reads "Your soul has been offered to Auros..." This debuff lasts 1 minute. When it ends, the player will burst into flames, dealing 100,000 Fire damage to all targets in a 10-yard range (including themself) and cannot be resisted. This puts an effective timer on the encounter, as you lose one player every 2 minutes.
* Totem of Endless Tragedy
This totem causes one player to get a debuff called "Overwhelmed" which reads "You will suffer until the end of your days..." This causes your character to randomly burst into tears, an indefinite stun. This can be dispelled with the emote /hug, /love, /comfort, /kiss. Totem has 4 Million HP, so killing it is impossible due to time constraints. A new "Overwhelmed" target is chosen every 8 seconds.
Boss 2:
Vexicus
<Sanctum Protector>
Level: ? Boss
HP: 3.8 Million
Vexicus is a Male warlock. He cannot be tanked. He casts Shadowbolt and Incinerate at random targets. Here and there, Vexicus will cast non-dispellable curses that must be dealt with in interesting ways. Here they are:
* Curse of Ancient Agony
12 second cast time. Strikes 4 players in range of Vexicus. This curse reads "A malicious shadow consumes you from within." Affected players take 80 shadow damage per second when initially cast, and the amount doubles every 3 seconds. Being in range of Totem of Ancient Mending when it is destroyed will remove this curse. Anyone with Curse of Ancient Agony must be part of the team that phases out when that totem is dropped.
*Curse of Surrender
Instant cast time. Strikes one player in range of Vexicus. The curse reads "Your will is no longer your own." 30 second duration. When this curse ends, the player will die, and a ghost will spawn from their corpse. The ghost drifts around the chamber and spams a powerful Curse of Agony. The player affected by Curse of Surrender must be the one to kill Totem of Sacrifice.
*Curse of Reckless Savagery
12 second cast. Affects all players in range of Vexicus. This curse reads "You have never been quite
this
angry..." Similar to the Overwhelmed debuff, Reckless Savagery causes a player to periodically turn blood red and lose control of their character, running around in circles with steam blowing out of their ears. This can be dispelled with the emotes /soothe, /calm, /breath, and /understand.
Strategy:
Split up groups, and begin to DPS the bosses. Use the mending totem as described to remove the ancient agony curse, always let the player with curse of surrender kill the sacrifice totem, and remember to emote at your stricken allies. :D
Each boss has a shared HP pool. All damage dealt to Vexicus is shared by Auros, and vice versa. When both bosses reach 20%, Auros roars and the entire room is stunned. She turns to Vexicus and says "We are getting aggravated..." to which he replies... "Yes we are."
From this point, Auros begins to dual wield, and she will toss out magma totems out that must be avoided. Vexicus gains a stacking debuff called "Fel Fury" which reads "Spell Damage and Haste increased by 3%." This doubles each time he casts a new spell, making the last 20% an all-out DPS race. No special curses or unique totems exist in the final phase.
Vocals:
Aggro - Auros "These council chambers are
not
for prying eyes.
Vexicus "You shall go no further."
Player Death: Auros "All has been foretold..."
Vexicus "I expected nothing more of you."
When Killed: Auros (yells) "MASTER! You will soon have guests... they are not to be trifled with."
Vexicus "Unforgivable..."
EDIT: I made some loot drops! Check them out, rate if you want.
