"Nope." Ember said before digging into his eggs.
"Do you like them?" Loki asked Balah.
Character: Salena Greyfang

"What? Is it wrong to want my son to be happy?" She asked looking at him. "So I may have imagined him meeting some intelligent drake like him. But I have those imaginations about my daughters as well."

"I'm not going to pretend to like Kai." Lucien stated. "But Loki, Sasha, and Cora are all grown ups, they're old enough to make their own decisions on these things." He told her.
"We both want our kids to be happy. Kai makes Sasha happy, and Balah makes Loki happy. It's their relationships, not ours..." He explained.

"Yep." Balah nodded. "Thanks." She smiled.

"I guess." Salena said. "Speaking of Sasha. Do you have any idea where our daughters are at? I came home and found the front of the shop empty and a sack of gold under the counter." She said.

"Gooooooooood." Ember said before falling over on top of Moonlight and falling back asleep.
"Glad you like it." He said. "Now that you have taste buds you can try a bunch of different food now."

"There you two are." Karen said walking into the kitchen and scooped up Ember and Moonlight. "I turn my back for a second and they vanished." She said looking down at then looked at Balah suddenly when she noticed her. "Sooooo you're physical now?" She asked wearily.

"I talked to Loki and Calin stopped by his workshop for a bit then vanished and I'm not getting a signal from Alana or Sasha's phones." She said starting to worry again.

"That's nice. Now you two can actually start acting like a couple." She said.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Loki asked putting the egg carton away.
"Well most of the time I talk to people they think she's your magic elemental you summoned." She said.

"Why?' the doctor asked.
The airman finished checking the straps securing it to the floor. He breathed in a sigh of relief, and accidentally brushed against the box while turning to leave.
Character:
Leo, Sindry, Byte
Location:
K3
Leo yawned at his place by the airships doors, leaning against the staircase. He slid back a sleeve, the chill wind blowing across the tarmac sending his hair on end while he looked to his watches.
"What time is it," Sindry asked. Bored out of her skull, she had taken to flinging small rocks across the tarmac, watching as they skidded across the black ice. Byte was busy gnawing on what appeared to be an old plane engine. No one seemed to mind.
"Nearly on the hour. Let's hope those two show up," Leo replied, sliding his sleeve back.
"Hm..." Sindry skipped another stone.
"...You ever wonder if Arrakoa taste like chicken?"
"Dunno," Sindry observed, skipping another rock. "Do ravens taste like chicken?"
"Yep!" Byte said from where he was.
"Then do they taste like ravens? They seem to be more closely on the evolutionary scale," Leo mentioned, rolling his sleeve back up.
"I always thought they looked more like crows."
"How do you figure? Do you even know the difference."
"Clearly," Sindry scoffed.
And so on the two went, waiting for their companions to arrive.

"...Cool," the succubus mentioned. "You've got this like, tortured artist thing going on. Like, I suffer physically for my art, this is my curse to bear," she said vaguely, gesticulating at Naia. "And your instrument is some sort of...allegory or something, while the blood is....wait, is that real? Oh #$%^! You're bleeding!" the succubus exclaimed, quickly ripping off a piece of her dress and crouching by Naia.
Johann was unresponsive to being slapped. Almost as if it were a regular thing for him.

(( You are an evil, evil man, Money! ))
Character:
Lord Rivendare
Location: Undefined Airspace
The moment the airman brushed again the crate necromantic magic shot through every fiber of his person. Within miliseconds, every molecule of him, and even his armor, had been reduced to a moisted, rotted dust. A faint glow eminated from the pile, and was sucked into the crate.
Lord Rivendare frowned as the dot dissapered off of the palm of his hand. The death knight closed his palm, causing the magic glow to vanish. "Protective enchantments," he said, "designed to eliminate anyone who might want to meddle with property. A shame your lacky was so clumsy, I'll return his soul to you once we land - if you want it, that is."

"Does it glow? Because I have to be honest, I'm sick of changing the lightbulb in my study. So if we could stick it in a jar or something and do the same thing, 'twould be great," the doctor replied, leaning back into his seat contentedly.

Lord Rivendare chuckled slightly. To be honest, he had been doubting Prometheus' sanity since their first personal meeting - not his intellect or cunning, mind you, merely his sanity - and his lack of response other than humor to his very blatant murdering of one of his people, the last straw in a landslide of recent evidence, confirmed to him that the good Doctor was not all there - it reminded him
far
too much of himself. It was a good thing, though, although cunning and smart his madness would keep from being much of a threat once Rivendare's full plans were in effect.
"Yes, it does," the death knight said whilst musing over these thoughts to himself. He took another seat. "Not much, but in the darkest of rooms it would be enough."

"Well that's a bonus. Here I was thinking it would be a total loss," the doctor observed. "Do you need a jar? Or should I bring my own? Oh!" he suddenly sat up. "What if we put it in an old green beer bottle? Will it have a different glow? Or would the soul shine through the same anyway?"

"D79!"
"At your service my Queen!" the masked figure declared, heels striking as he brought himself to attention.
"Do we have any empty green bottles?"
"No, Monarchy!"
"Then quickly, bring me a beer!"
"As you command!" D79 saluted before about facing, and marching off.
"And if you find that soldier who went for my tea, fire him! Out of a cannon!" the doctor shouted at the retreating figure before turning back to Lord Rivendare. "He'll be just a minute," he said mildly, relaxing once more in his seat.

"Don't be too hasty," Lord Rivendare said. "I'll have to go to the hold myself to pry the soul out, and I intend to take care of that only once we reach our destination. Speaking of which; how much longer do you suppose this trip should take?"

: John William Cassidy
Location

Cassidy appeared circa ten minutes before the mark; he very distinctly carried no kitbag or backpack, at least none that could be seen. He seemingly stepped out of nowhere just far enough from the airship to give Leo and co. time to recognize it was him. As he approached the staircase, he tipped his hat ever so slightly at those present.

"Oh, we're there," the doctor noted, pointing out the window.
Far below, past the shimmering wall of glass that served as the head of the airship, lay a rich tropical island. Jutting cliffs and thick, verdant canopies of jungle rose from the gleaming ocean while golden beaches clung to the shores of the island. Here and there rose the odd mountain peak through the dense foliage, spearing the sky fixedly.
From the high vantage point, one could also see the hand of mortals on the isle. A large complex grew from the jungle, metal webbing spreading partially into the jungle and up one of the larger mountains like a cancer. There was one main complex, composed of nearly a dozen large buildings connected by a stone wall, all clustered about an airfield which ran like a single great wound carved by a blade through the trees. Not far, near the shoreline, there could be seen a dock, though there were no vessels resting at its berth at the moment.
The airship rumbled for a moment as it began its slow descent, its form blotting out the sun and casting a dark shadow as it began to draw near the mountain, what appeared to be a balcony but soon turned out to be a docking bridge jutting from the stone monolith awkwardly.

"Impressive," Lord Rivendare said, looking directly at the complex. "Reminds me of a project I wanted to start for myself, once upon a time." He smiled as the descent began. "I shall see you once we land then, good Doctor," the death knight said, and took his leave of Prometheus' room.
