Kiran Hartford, Koran Lighthammer, The Pack, the Trio
Capitol City, Gilneas
Kiran got up and leaned on Vrell, trying to run from Destro as she walked out of the fire; her hair was gone, and most of her clothing that wasn't charred off was just rags on her body which was covered by blackened skin. The Twilight Sworn let out a shriek as she charged forward, the lamp post, melted in places, swing in an arc and knocked both Worgens into the side of a building, where they dropped to the street dazed.
"Oh hell!" Koran yelped, back pedaling away from Destro as she charged at him, a savage grin on her face.
Midnight reached the roof and shook her head. "She's naked again." The Night Elf said, looking away as Slayer laughed, keeping his eyes on the sky.

A dull clatter came from the kitchen at the proclamation, and with it fled all friendliness vanished from the innkeepers face. His lips drew a hard line as he slowly crossed his muscular arms against his chest, peering threateningly at the inquiring man from beneath a heavy and stormy brow.
"No one by that name stayed here," he rumbled.

Carver glanced to his side. If he was surprised, it was impossible to tell beneath that mask before he was sent rolling away from the burst of flames, his coat smoking though failing to catch.
"Hey! No changing partners in the middle of a dance you hussy," Richard spat, slashing at the mage viciously with his blade.
Character:
Dr.Prometheus Sr., Pyre, D79

Two soldiers jogged ahead, taking cover behind the corner of a building. The first leaned around, staring at the open road leading to their distant destination. The only route they had found for quite some distance in any direction.
"Dude. We should go out there."
"Dude! Seriously, I would give you all my money if you did!"
"What! You don't have any money."
"No, no, I totally do."
"Hah! Gotcha man. Hell no, we're going back and reporting this all up in here."
"That is so weak man."
With that the two scouts turned about and and began jogging back to where the rest of the group were stationed.
"So, the one route?" the doctor asked, idly tapping his finger against the crate he was sitting on, sending the whole thing shaking like a leaf.
"Indeed my Queen! It appears all others have been blocked off by wreckage!"
"Uh, yeah. Because they're setting a !@#$ing trap. It couldn't be more ^&*!ing obvious you tool," Pyre interjected from where she slouched against the wall, idly flipping her lighter open and closed. "I say we just torch the #$%^ing neighborhood. We'll have plenty of routes if the whole street is on fire!"
"Hmm...No, no...I don't think so. I don't want to get a reputation for burning down every city I go to, after all."
"We could go through the buildings, my Queen. Break down some doors, and we could bypass the barricades and be in front of the radio station in less than an hour."
"Eh. If we really wanted to, I could just level the buildings in the way and we could walk over the rubble."
"Then...&*!@! Why don't we @#$%ing do that?"
"Because that's what they would expect! No, clearly the only sane solution is to walk right into their firing line, and then spring the trap."
"...Seriously?"
"Do you have a better idea?"
"We just @#$%ing gave you two!"
"No, those plans were stupid. Besides, I'm through playing around. I'm sick of this city and the fun in playing with these worgen has gone out of it. Time to be serious for a bit. So," he leaned forward with a small smile. "Here's what we'll do. Gilneas has a sewer yes?"
Rain pounded on the street as three figures made their way through the silent streets. The doctor, arms crossed behind his back paused in the middle of the street, casting his eyes about. D79 and Pyre stood at either his shoulders respectively. Behind the corner from which they came, soldiers burst into the abandoned building, marching up stairs and taking firing positions overlooking the street.
The aging man stopped a quarter of the way down the street. He inhaled slowly and pulled out a piece of thick paper, rolled into an open ended cone.
"Come on out you sorry mutt!" he called into the makeshift megaphone. "I know you're out there! What? Burned once twice shy now? Afraid of an old man on his last legs?" he turned away and coughed heavily into his shoulder. As the fit left him, he held before him a veined hand, the gauntlet the worgen from earlier had ruined within. He dropped it heavily on the ground, the metal ringing at the blow and the rain upon the cobbled streets hopping for a moment. "So come on out! I'm throwing down the gauntlet you spineless cur! Or is hiding in the shadows all you can do? Fancy that's what you'll be doing when the Forsaken pour over the Greymane wall after you ruined the defenses there! You'll order your men against them, but you'll be lucky if they could dance in step, let alone fight! And won't the other women at the ball be impressed! But they won't, because no one likes fur, particularly spattered in paint! Oh I just bet DEHTA will love that! And oh, you'll feel so pretty. That is, until the other girls corner you int he bathroom-." The doctor paused as D79 leaned into his ear and whispered something.
Dr.Prometheus blinked. Then brought the megahone back up. "...I have just been informed that I have grown sidetracked. My point was, you're a yellow bellied pansy and rather stupid!"

On top of the building, Slayer nodded as he pointed. "There's our ride." He said, pulling the rags and bandages off his body, letting his orc features be unexposed. The orc moved to the edge and threw down a hail of throwing blades, stars and knives, the weapons dropping down between Destro and the others. She snarled as she looked up, then looked up higher as he pointed above him.
"Stop playing and get up here!" Midnight called, looking over the edge. She grinned at the sight of Kiran. "Though, I guess if you want, you can bring the pet with you." She said, pointing at him and miming blowing a kiss at the half-elf.
Kiran raised one arm weakly at Midnight, making a very rude gesture as he tried to get his mind back together and figure out what was going on.
Koran looked up and his eyes widened as he saw three large shapes dropping down out of the sky, each with massive wings. "What in the world?" He mumbled, unable to see them clearly.

Richard grunted in pain as the blast slammed into his chest with a sound like a ringing gong. The assassin was sent skidding backward several feet, where he halted. His head slowly rose with a pained, yet nevertheless present grin.
"Maybe...I just need a hug. How about it?" he grunted, slowly straightening and opening his arms wide, the blood upon the edge of his blade glittering dangerously in the light. "Who wants a hug?"
Johann scowled, realizing he had been saved by Naia. He flicked his hand into his sleeve, pulling forth the small purple stone which housed the voidwalker. He grimaced and curled his hand into a fist. "Catch!" he called, flinging the stone at the elf and turning back, watching as carver rose bonelessly from the ground, arms slowly swaying beneath him like a pair of pendulums.

The doctor lowered the megaphone now that it was not necessary. "I'm going to assume you're the big dog. But no, no you're not. You're the biggest fish, swimming around in your pond. Well let me tell you something, guppy," the doctor gestured at the sky. "There's a whole ocean out there you seemed to have forgotten about. Do you really think you can take a nation like this? There's a whole world out there, shrimp, who would be more than happy to add Gilneas to their empire. And they will eat you up like a roll of sushi. With tartar sauce, and maybe a little bit of colonna sauce...Wait, does that go with fish?" he asked, turning to Pyre, who just shrugged in bemusement

Destro snarled in rage, then heaved the remains of the post at Vrell and Kiran, as she spun in place and leaped up at the side of the building, slamming into it and digging her hands and feet, slowly scaling the side of it.
Kiran pulled Vrell down on top of him as he dropped to the ground, the post flying over them as it crashed into the building behind them.
Koran grabbed Hazel and pulled her away as a bolt of molten fire slammed down where she had been standing; the escape creatures were visible now, and it was a trio of black drakes. The beasts landed on the tops of the roofs, hissing and roaring at the mortals in the street as Slayer and Midnight climbed onto their backs. Midnight patted the one she was on, and tossed the crossbolt back down to Hazel. "Think that's yours." She laughed.
"Hurry up!" Slayer barked at Destro as the drake for her craned it's neck over the side, hissing quietly.

As she spoke, smoke and shadows seemed to billow from the stone, twisting into the voidwalker Accru'al. The demon seemed to huff as it stood protectively between Naia, and a scowling Richard.
"Hey," he hissed, holding out his blade guardedly, "Only I'm aloud to cut in line!"
Johann sighed, gathering shadows in his hands, watching for Carver to make a move. Though, the only one he seemed ready to do was sway listlessly. The warlock wasn't fooled. The second he cast, the masked assassin would dodge and attack.
It was a standoff.

"Eh?" the doctor asked, cupping his ear to try and hear. D79 whispered in his ear again. "Oh! Well, I would have loved to," he continued toward the worgen, "but there's a problem. Now, I can see your busy spreading anarchy and chaos, and I can respect that. Fel, I would have loved to help you out if you had asked. But, here's the thing. Some moron used that radio tower over yonder to knock out my airship's engines while I was flying over. So, I'm going to need you to get out of my way so that I can do it a turn. After that, I'll be out of your thick, flea infested mangy hair," he said.

"At this point, I'm willing to let them go." Kiran said quietly, watching as Destro climbed onto the back of her own drake and the Twilight Sworn looked back at down him and gave a mocking salute. Kiran growled then looked at Vrell and coughed. "Um Vrell, would you mind getting off me?" He asked her.
Koran nodded to Hazel as he watched Slayer launch his drake up first, followed by Destro. Midnight smiled at Hazel as she gave a mocking wave. "Sorry you all had to come so far for so little. I'll let our employer know about you." She laughed as her drake leaped skywards and winged away.
Lobo swore as he watched them escape, wishing he could call on aerial forces to go after them..but with the carnage and confusion, that couldn't happen now. He pushed himself to his feet, and went to check on Karkov and Sirius.

"Move!" Richard spat, slashing at the voidwalker.
"I have...no contracted reason to...do so," Accru'al groaned as the blade bit into his arm, the voidwalker taking the strike without further comment. He raised his arm, easily forcing the blade embedded in it away and revealing the tiny nick which had been done. Though, the voidwalker's bespectacled eyes did rise as a shadow fell over them all.
"Oi!" Thrag barked, the orc a blocky, mountainous form behind the slender Richard. "Which a you gits was the one that did me in back there?"
Richard grinned. "A double date? I guess I can work with that," he said, palm crackling with magic burning energy.
Johann and Carver kept their standoff, Johann's eye twitching as the shadows continued to roll between his hands. He suddenly had the distant impression of a cats face above Carver's head. Laughing at him, amusing itself at having bested him in a battle of wills.
"You hair-y bastard," he hissed.

"Oh please. You don't even have the balls to threaten me, a seventy (was eighty yesterday said Pyre) year old man, without your little emp and anti magic bombs. You're still fifty years too early to try and lecture me about prudence. I mean look at you? No finesse, no class. Have some dignity man! You're not even wearing pants for Light's sake!" he said, pointing at the worgen's waist. "and I'll be damned if I'm going to be lectured by a nudist and a pervert!"
"So class is now in session kiddo," Dr.Prometheus said, taking a step forward. "Let's get started. How much do you know about frequencies?"

"Whose to say we can trust them more with it than the Reliquary?" Ferin interrupted.

Paying Specter no heed, Vincent took out a piece of cloth soaked with some strong-smelling liquid. He absentmindedly gave one of the spikes adorning the goggles a twist. "I assumed you have had. Your fair share of bounty hunters. Flaunting and boasting and generally. Lying their buttocks off."
