Character:
Leo Prometheus, Sindry, Byte
Location:
Open Sky
"Pretty much. Hello Edmund," Leo greeted, walking forward and shaking the mans hand, "have you been here long?"
"Not very, though I had assumed you would be here before me. Turbulence, I suppose?"
"...Yes. So," Leo continued, quickly changing the topic and looking around the common room at the newcomers present, giving them a curious once over. "I suppose these are the people who will be coming with us?"
Character:
The Carters
Location
: Andorhal
The inn was warm and clean, a hotel more than anything. Flowers sat pleasantly on the windows with a tended look to them, and birds could be heard singing just outside the window. The common room was empty of guests, the hour too early for those who came after their shifts, and too late for those just leaving for the days efforts. Behind the bar, and older but stout man with thick arms stood. His head was bald, though he seemed to compensate with a thick beard, which lifted as he spoke with a pretty young woman with bright, curious eyes standing at his side.
The ring of a small bell over the door called the older mans attention, an inviting smile lighting his face.
"Welcome!" he began, turning to Randolph fully and dismissing the young girl to the kitchen with a gesture. "How can we help you?"

Character
: Serenade
Location
: Tanaris
"Have the authorities captured anyone yet?" Serenade asked. "And I need the names from you."
Character
: Alnerigo "Flamehowl"
Location
: Stonetalon
"Truer words have never been spoken..." Alnerigo remarked, following after them. He tried to keep his senses confined within his own skull, but it was hard. Whisperings rustled at the edges of his brain, and once or twice he thought he saw shadows on the wall, only for them to vanish, despite no change in the light.
Character
: Zachary Palesen
Location
: Thousand Needles
"I try my hardest," Zach said modestly, then staggered and fell to the ground as the elevator started up. "None of you saw that," he warned, standing and looking left and right sheepishly.
Character
: Mr. January
Location
: The Hinterlands
January nodded his thanks and passed the map up to the driver. The carriage adjusted accordingly, and soon they were heading southeast, towards the troll city of Jintha'Alor.

Kiran Hartford, Koran Lighthammer, The Pack, the Trio
Capitol City, Gilneas
Lobo was outside, studying a map to plot out the best route to the next location when a member of the Royal Guard came pelting up to him, panting heavily. "Sir Hendricks, word from the Queen." She said, handing over a message scroll. Lobo looked it over and gave a low growl.
"Understood; tell Her Majesty that we'll keep looking. And pass along a message to the members of the Pack there: Stay and guard the Queen." He told the guard who nodded, then took off at a run back towards the palace.
"Was that wise?" Sirius asked Lobo quietly, watching as Koran and Hazel exited the building.
"They'll be fine there." Lobo replied and shook his head. "I'm more worried about them; I don't want them here when we find this trio." He growled, waving the other two over.
Karkov was talking to a Watch member, and sent him off to report to the guards that they had found more dead. He grunted as he looked at the map, guessing that Lobo would head for the one nearest him, leaving the three of them to travel to the edge of the district to get to the last Senator's home.
Kiran waved back and walked over to Vrell, shaking his head at the scents and sounds in the air from the chaos. "Sucks we're stuck hunting killers, rather then helping eh?" He asked her, crossing his arms across his chest to ward off a chill he felt.

Kiran Hartford, Koran Lighthammer, The Pack, the Trio
Capitol City, Gilneas
"People like them?" Kiran suggested, pointing at a group of Gilnean's working to clear rubble to get at someone. "At least the country seems to be banding together. Once we deal with the Trio, we'll be able to help too." Kiran said, as Karkov pointed and started off, his mastiff's following. "And once more into the breach we go." He said with a forced laugh.
"Alright, we'll go for the nearest location; I'll leave Karkov and those half-lings to deal with the far off one." Lobo said, heading off down the street, the others following.

Character:
Johann Augustus, Accru'al
Location:
Aurius Forest (formerly Plaguewood)
Johann began to advance further into the tunnel, following the glow of the ball of light. There was a disturbing silence about the place. Only the occasional skittering of insects and their own ponderous footsteps could be heard. The tunnel twisted and turned through the bowels of the earth, like walking through the belly of a snake, time losing meaning in the bottomless pit.
Johann suddenly paused as the glow illuminated several signs on the walls.
Pictographs, would be the best way to describe them, for they were no characters which the warlock had ever seen. Though they held a certain and very distant likeness to eredun, such as Johann had seen once in a book, they were nevertheless completely alien to him in meaning, and intent.
"What do you make of these?" he asked the mage, walking up to the wall and examining the etchings upon the stone suspiciously.
Character:
Dr.Prometheus Sr., Pyre
Location:
Gilneas, over Chapelwith
"Well that certainly went well. In one night, I kidnapped an entire town of two hundred some-odd people, and didn't have to fire a shot! Can you imagine what they'll think? An entire town just vanishing into thin air. Hah! In fact, it went so well, I think I deserve a celebratory wh0re. We got one on board?" the doctor asked, leaning over the side of his chair.
"*!@# no," Pyre stated, the dull click of her lighter sounding over the whirr of machinery and crackle of radios.
"Oh. Well, forget it then. I haven't managed to get it up in ten years anyway," Dr.Prometheus said, kicking back in his captains chair as the landscape trundled past the windows before him. The airship suddenly let loose a dull shudder, the radio whining shrilly before dying with a groan. The lights all over the flight deck flickered, then slwoly died, the dull red glow of emergency lights illuminating the cabin.
"...Hmm..." the doctor mused, holding up his gauntlets. With a sudden crackle, the gloves rose back to life, dials flying up expectantly. "There we are. Pity though," hecontinued, rising to his feet. "I had hoped to leave this country without having to put down any dumb animals. Tell the drones to get ready to mobilize," he said, slowly cracking his knuckles. The doctor glanced up, darkened outline of the capitol city rising in the distance like a dead mountain of civilization.
"It looks like I'm going to have to teach an old dog one last trick."

Sashastrasza, Alana
Gilneas City
There was a much larger splash as Fluffy made his way into the waters; quickly following.
"This is just like that movie; "Curse of Arugal." Alana commented as she splashed along without any apparent worry of the smell or water.
"Ugh, that one gave me nightmares." Sasha groaned; plugging her nose still. "Didn't everyone die at the end?"
Ferin Hopewell
Thousand Needles
"Karma." Ferin smirked.
Specter
Tanaris
"Well." Specter stated, resting a hand on a nearby table. "If you don't tell us what we need to know, it will cost you much more than your money."
Dorithel Saberglow, Taliria Blindhawk
Darnassus
Several of the students ceased their practice at Nevera's statement; staring at the founders.
Dorithel glanced side to side harshly; prompting them to continue. He nodded to Nevera before stepping away and waving for her to follow.

Character:
Johann Augustus, Accru'al
Location:
Aurius Forest (formerly Plaguewood)
"Well," Johann said, turning from the markings, "damned if I know."
And, the warlock had the distinct feeling that, if he did, he likely would be.
Character:
Dr.Prometheus Sr., Pyre
Location:
Gilneas
Dr.Prometheus marched down the halls of his ship, face stern and footsteps purposful. Flanking him were several others, waiting upon his instructions. "Archibald?Get the engines ready. Cannibalize the trucks if you have to. But don't turn them on until you see our signal. Then get a move on."
"Aye sir," a man wearing a striped shirt, waterproof coat and sailors cap saluted before hurrying away.
"D79? Ready at least four squads. We'll hit the gate, then make our way to the radio tower. To send out a pulse like that, they'll need a tall transmitter and a chemical explosion to begin the pulse. Then they likely fed it through siphoning power from the city's generators. Tell me when we get in range which tower is still running."
"Yes, my queen!" a masked soldier wearing a regal uniform of red and gold replied in a deep, distorted voice, saluting with a gloved three fingered hand.
"And make sure none of those Gilneans leave the ship. Say we're having some technical difficulties, beat a few with a rubber chicken, whatever. Now," the doctor paused, turning to the men before him. "Let's make this quick. Without the radio, I might miss a call from Sindry or Leo. And if I do, then someone's going to end up a head in a jar! Clear!"
"Yessir!"

"As much as I want the Trio dealt with, I'm hoping their luck doesn't actually mean they end up in a fight with them." Koran said darkly, staying beside Hazel as they went.
Kiran had to admit, if it wasn't for the fact they were hunting a group of super powered sociopaths in the middle of a rioting city, the night's run would actually be fairly good.

Character
: Turinhil Dawnchaser, Lisciel Dawnchaser, Aewen Tuillin
Location
: Silvermoon City
Turin was staring at the ashes on his open palm when Pyrus spoke. He closed his fist, clenching it hard enough for his knuckles to whiten, then turned his head to Selin.
"What do you think?" he asked with a wry smile. "I'm practically ablaze with a wish to contribute, but it's not like I can do anything here and now. Besides, someone has to look after you two lest demons decide you look like a two-course dinner, with Doc for appetizing."
He shook his head momentarily, turning over his hand and opening his fist, letting the ashes fall.
"You yourself are going, right?" the young knight remembered suddenly that perhaps Selin had an opinion of her own that was not necessarily the same as that of the good doctor.
"I guess I'll be here for several minutes more, you know, to make sure I'm not missing anything. After that I'll be back home, trying to assemble my piece of this puzzle. Shame, doesn't look like we got any edge pieces, only those from the center," Lisciel said warily.
"What's what say? Did you find a paper or?.." Aewen raised his eyebrows quizzically, walking towards the mage.
Character
: Duskhide
Location
: Stonetalon Mountains
Duskhide pulled himself together, idly clawing at the ground before proceeding after Saelyn.
"Anticipating trouble is nastier than facing it," he said sagely, wishing for nothing more than for the source of his headache to appear in front of him, ripe for some good old-fashioned throat ripping. His ears kept twitching, as if he was trying to hear something just beyond the hearing range, somewhere there at the brim.
Character
: Vincent Gaillard
Location
: Tanaris
"Like a couple of walls," Vincent said amiably. "Well, technically they'd still be here, just with more holes. Goblin-shaped holes, anyone?"
NPC
: Svala Sorrowgrave
Location
: Wetlands
"Who says I need to be airborne to defeat you, nanny-goat from outer space?" Svala snarled, rolling away before her wing could be pierced. She jumped to her feet, flapping her wings - and then about a dozen of the ghostly feathers detached themselves, flying towards the draenei at the speed of an arrow loosed from a longbow, air crackling around them as they became dagger-like in appearance.
The axe was already risen, and had the vrykul kept going, he would have certainly sliced his companion. Thus, he jerked his arm sideways, in the cabin's direction, and let go of his weapon. The axe was sent spinning with a loud whooming sound. Its owner then tossed his shield also, not unlike a disk, into the worgen, while his companion dropped flat, trying to get a hold of his armaments again.

"Alright, thanks, ma'am!" the boy nodded, rising carefully and hopping out on his good leg. If he noticed how the orc spoke, he did not show it, or perhaps he was simply too glad to be fixed.
Character

"I'm very eager to test little Sue. Will you stay to witness the first experiments, or do you have more pressing matters to attend to," Walter asked invitingly as they drove through narrow alleys to his laboratory.

: K3
"So you are going to. Be our employer, then?"
Cassidy rose from his seat, pausing to readjust his wide-brimmed hat before heading towards Leo.

Dorithel Saberglow, Taliria Blindhawk
Darnassus
Dorithel led them away from the trainees before turning back to Nevera. "They asked us for forces?" He asked, seeming suprised.
Taliria tried to watch the two through the crowd. Had she said Feralas?
Balah'Amin
Stormwind City
The room was dark. Or so it seemed at first glance. Upon closer inspection, one would find that the space around the two occupants was well lit, with only total darkness beyond. It was as if some hungry shadow sorrounded them; consuming all light that may try to escape.
Unfortunately for the screaming man, the darkness had a taste for sound as well. Balah's face was completely neutral as her hand guided a knife along his torso; inscribing demonic runes.
"P-Please!" The man shouted. "I have a family, a wife and kids!"
"LIAR!" Balah snapped at him suddenly, causing him to freeze. She pressed herself close to his face. "You have nothing to your name but those TV dinners you pratically live off of!"
The man trembled. "B-b-but my job.. it's important... my boss will-"
"Oh please." The warlock growled. "You take phone calls of minimum wage. Any Hozen could be trained to do that, and probably better than you!" She stated, stepping back as she finished carving.
The man's head dropped down, liquid dripping from his face as he sniffled.
Balah blinked. "A-are you crying?"
"N-n-maybe..." The man whimpered.
"Oh by the Light." Balah stared. "You're crying? Really?" She asked. "I... I don't even know if I should feel bad or laugh at you. This is just sad..." She sighed.
Tears suddenly turned to screams however, as the runes carved along the man erupted into green flames. Balah grinned, chuckling.
"Should have laughed, I guess."
