I don't know mine, but I was there for my nephew's.
My poor sister- she had been trying to get him to say "mama" and "papi" for months, probably. Then one day I was over, and he dropped something, and I mad an exaggerated face, and threw my hands up, and went "Uh-Oh" and then he copied me. We got him to say it like 10 more times, so his official first words were "Uh-oh."

Made me think of this
.
And I think my first one was "ahvwee!"
It meant airplane, okay? >.>

I honestly don't remember. I'll ask around sometime....maybe...
It was probably something in Korean...

Well I really didn't have a first word, since I started speaking with short and simple sentences.

my first "word" was "poqeweaka"which i used to refer to the broom, for whatever reason i would shout it repeatedly while my parents were sweeping.

It does not look appetising at all.
It's good piping hot with cold custard. Or rum, IIRC.
LOL- how do you eat 5 before you realize what they taste like?
I don't know: my dislike for them kinda accumulates. They usually have chocolate icing and my whole family love them and say "we saved some spiced biscuits for you". The first bite tastes pretty good, then eventually I realise I've been hoodwinked again.
First word? No response from parents as of yet. My brother's was unrepeatable on this forum and he said it in front of my grandfather, too. Lol.
Edit: "purple" too, my mum used to read me a book with a purple inlay.

Just a gathering of close friends and family with like a Justice of the Peace over seeing it.

Somewhere outside, with warm, sunny weather, and a nice view of the surrounding environment. Some friends and family in attendance. Preferably a non-religious ceremony. Dressy casual.

I would be the groom, my jump is to show up, and stay out of the way. So I really don't get much of a say in what it will be like other then the person I would be marrying.
Pretty much this, my girlfriend has had her perfect wedding in mind since she was a little kid, and I see no reason why I should take that away from her (this is all hypothetical of course).

If it ever happened, just me, my spouse, and whoever is uniting us in a nice, secluded area.
Why make a big deal out of it, right?

Interest is funny. I have an Asian family, and I'm guaranteed to have 200+ people invited for my wedding. That's just from my side - my girlfriend's Asian family will also have 200+ people invited from her side too. It's not about what we'd like, it's about expectations, and we wouldn't want to risk being disowned if we didn't.
On the other hand, I just found
this place
in a secluded little nook of Australia. This would be a beautiful place to have a wedding. Shame it only fits 40 people...
