Not sure what I'd miss most out of not being able to pop to my local shop's to get food/drink (I'd never be much of a hunter) or soft toilet roll.
You can wash your arse in the river. Should do wonders for your personal hygiene I presume. :P

My point is that loss of electricity will have little to no immediate effect on car usage. As time drags on, however, it will be affected, since electricity is used in the manufacture and maintenance of cars.
Depends really; most pumps are electronic, and the gas holding tanks are sealed up by locks that require machinery to open. Sure you could eventually get them open, but then you'd be manually siphoning all that fuel out of it. Loss of electricity would have a much larger effect on our current society then at any other point in the last 100 years.

I totally agree with you. There are still a lot of manual processes we can revert back to though.

Sigh...I'd like it if this question was about what it would be like to be all-powerful, all knowing, ultimately responsible for everything, never-dying, etc., and not an opportunity for people to take pot-shots at each other. If that isn't possible, please let me know and I'll find a different question of the day, that people can handle maturely.

Oh well. I deleted my answer and will just sit out for this one.

Yeah, if it was for a limited time. I think it would be an interesting experience - but I would not be the one ultimately responsible for everything forever, were I to decide.

Nope. Wouldn't want that responsibility.

I would, but just for a day, to experience how He may see things. There's a lot of responsibility being God, being blamed and taken for granted. And I'm not religious by any means, even being born and raised Catholic.

I totally would. Sure, there's a lot of responsibility, but you're omnipotent: you have all of the power in the universe to handle that responsibility.

Yes. I would be awesome as god. Torturing and killing people for my own sadistic pleasure. And nothing would change at all!

#213- Would you want to be God?
I already am.
Just kiddin' :P
or am I? o_O
Ok in all seriousness, nah, I dont' think so. Being an all-sapient omnipresent, all powerful being responsible for the well being of the entire universe is more responsibility than I want, or need.

Since that's the point of my religion...
Is it? It's not a flippant question- I really don't know, and would be interested in learning about it. I enjoy learning about the differences between different religions- I think it gives you additional insight into how people think.

Depends: If no one knows that I have phenomenal cosmic powers sure. If they do know; ^&*! no, I don't want every Tom $%^& and Harry showing up asking me for things.
