#123- Which holiday do you get the most excited about?
Any day I'm not at work, really.
If we're talking about 'conventional' holidays, then I'm with Donny - Anzac Day and Australia Day are right up there for me.

Man i'm stuck between christmas and halloween.
Christmas: When you have money to buy gifts it's great. I could careless about receiving presents but i love giving them away when i can afford it. Going to the malls and hearing the christmas songs and just the general season makes me really happy and i feel like a kid again.
Halloween: I do love dressing up and all that but i hate to say it but how often do you go to a club and feel like your at a anime convention? if you know what i mean =P

Just 12km or so. I usually go for a bike instead if I can.

Don't know, 10km maybe? Probably a bit less. Walking makes me want to an hero, it's probably on my top 10 hated things list.

I have been on so many hikes that I do not really know.

Once back when I was living down south I got home from a work trip to a country town at about 11pm so there were no buses and I was broke. So I
had to
walk 12.1km home.
The furthest I've actually walked (that I know of/can remember) was 12.2km each way, so 24.4km all up. I didn't
have to
walk it as it was something that I did of my own accord, but it did result in
the best photo I've ever taken
.

Do running events count? If not, then Sydney's City to Surf event is 14+km.
If not, then I hiked around 10km at one point in one of our national parks when I was younger.

I have no idea. Probably when I worked at
Cedar Point
in Sandusky, OH. Lots of walking there for ~12 hours a day.

We went hiking and were on a time limit, and ended up on our hike for 9 hours because we took a wrong turn. It was awesome though, but didn't make it to our friend's party on time at all.

123. I don't really get excited for future events :/
124. My father made us walk around Paris once. We went from the Sacré-Cœur to the Arc de Triomphe I think. Passed by the Eiffel tower and walked along the Seine.
I can't find out how long that is, but my dad frequently either walked or cycled everywhere and as children my sister and I had to keep up. Can walk long distances without complaining now... we weren't quite as placid as children.

I have no idea how much distance it was, but when I was waaay younger, I went on a little bike trip to m y aunt's house on Merida. Normally, going from Zulia to Merida on a motorcycle isn't such a big deal, but mid-way my bike had some sort of malfunction and would not start up, so I had to walk for almost 14 hours in a row (while praying that nobody found and stole my bike which I had to stash to the side of the road) to find someone who could fix it on a nearby town.
Good thing I know how to keep myself hydrated, had a reserve of water, and was already pretty near Merida (Which has a much colder weather than my native city of Zulia which is SCORCHING HOT) so I was able to make it to a small town and got help.
and my bike? well, other than having to clean some goat droppings from it, it was ok, nobody found it where I placed it (hell, on the way back it took me 30 min to find it)

My mom and I had a car malfunction on our way home from my aunt and we had to walk ~35km. My feet were aching like !@#$ and my mom was pretty freaked out but we managed.
