Another update: we've fixed a bug where robes weren't displaying on outfit previews.

One of the outfits I created (
"Studded Druid"
) uses two fist weapons, but both are being rendered on the main hand. Very minor, but thought I'd point it out.
You can see it in the viewer, and in the screenshot.
Thanks for all the hard work!
Edit:
Looks like this is happening on other outfits, too, where two weapons are included for dual-wielding. For example, my fury-warrior outfit
Green Warrior
, shows both an axe and sword in the main hand and nothing in the off-hand. It doesn't appear to be happening with weapon/shield nor with weapon/off-hand frill (maybe something to do with them being specifically for the off hand?).

Thanks for the feedback, we'll try to get it addressed in the next round of outfit tickets.
Recent outfit improvements have included:
-Gallery view (we are addressing why a few screenshots show up as white) for searching outfits as well as the Similar tab.
-Fixed sorting by race and class.
-Added the ability to open an Outfit in the Dressing Room and have all the character attributes load in the Dressing Room vs the default appearance.
One thing I noticed is that many people save an outfit as the default Warrior class, which leads to a bunch of items not being properly categorized. We're looking into a way to improve that as well.
Another improvement I would like to get to is making sure the default position of weapons has the front-facing side. There are a few artifact weapons that need to be rotated.
Finally, a recent thing we added was showing what appearance some NPCs wear. This is more incomplete than we'd like, but it's a start. Some NPCs appear to be wearing robes that should be in game, but the game records it as a shirt and skirt, for example.

A bug we're currently looking at: some weapons being off to the side when opening them in the 3D viewer. We tried to flip them around so the default position wouldn't be backwards, and that works, but it caused a larger issue.

I'm having a real hard time with model viewers since the update.
Some preview on pages work ok, others show blank instead (after some poking around seems ALL models that are NOT Human Female break for me), and the 3D view shows up...white!
Here are the screenshots to show what I mean:
- Model preview with
Human Female
(shows fine)
- Model preview with
Blood Elf Female
(not showing)
- Model preview in 3D :: now says "WebGL not supported by your browser, please go to
https://get.webgl.org/
for support." instead of white....
And yes, everything is updated
EDIT: This is on a Mac and on Firefox btw, this is what I see in Safari
boop
Don't tell me I've got to install a THIRD browser to be able to check stuff here now

Hey Jujuzita,
Could you try looking at some of the solutions on this thread?
Hopefully one of these will help.
https://legion.wowhead.com/forums&topic=250119.10
It also will have updates on what bugs are known and are in the process of being fixed.
Thanks,

Yeah to clarify - this thread is specifically for Feedback on the viewer - suggestions on new features, and updates from staff on additions. A separate bug thread came up recently on people that had loading issues and specifically how to troubleshoot that.

Oops.....Sorry and thank you, I shall check it :3

We've noticed that some Outfits have white screenshots, as a result of them being generated when the modelviewer was having loading problems for some users. Yesterday's maintenance should have fixed most of these load issues however.
If you would like to get a better-quality screenshot for your outfit, please follow the following steps: Visit the Bad Outfit page > Click on View 3D > Load in Dressing Room > Save as new outfit. You should then be able to delete your outfit with the bad screenshot safely.

If you submit the links to , an admin can remove those outfits for now.

That's a known issue, thanks to you actually, and a ticket has been generated to request a remedy. Unfortunately even admins aren't able to delete it at the moment.

Female Pandaren aren't displaying properly. Their facial markings don't cover the forehead at all in any of the model viewer's 20 face type settings and it looks really bleak, for lack of better term :s It's inaccurate to how they look in-game.
EDIT: Apparently they have no tails either :(

From the
Wowpedia article on the Pandaren appearance
:
While the species has a tail, there are two distinct forms. The common form is a round stub of fur, but the second form, which is long and thickens out by the end, is exclusive to red-and-white females.

And none of the skin/fur colors in the dressing room display it. Every one of them has the stubby tail as well as the "bare" forehead as previously mentioned.

The above issue still exists a month later. Just want to point this out.
Also (and I don't know if this is true for every race) none of the model viewer's animations currently pertain to Warrior's Overpower ability, at least when viewing Female Pandaren. I was hoping to see it there but it seems to be one of the few excluded things :x
