I might have to write a blog article about what to do about the loot systems...If I tried to post about it now I'd miss my class >_<
Probably interrupting a good discussion, but I've finally gotten around to
writing that blog I mentioned.
. Hopefully it expresses my insights into the (LFR) loot system, its flaws, and solutions.

Separate note because it would drown in my wall of text and numbers. Regarding:
People Win Items They Already Own
. There is one more option.
People will Need roll on certain item to ensure the faulty mechanics of LFR loot aint applied and will trade it to the person next in roll as long as the person: has proper spec to use the item (shaman, druids dps issue) and doesnt have the item already
Unfortunately, that would require the player to be honest...which is apparently in very short supply.
And honestly, you can make that argument about every single thing - my solutions are intended to remove (most of) the holes in the looting system that can actually be programmed out.

No such thing as honest players or honest people any more.
If you are honest always and unconditionally you will take a lot of beating because sometimes honesty isnt very good idea.
Dishonesty is promoted and good guys usually lose.
I for example, sometimes do it, sometimes not.
Would be kinda stupid to say my honesty depends on the mood.
Wait. What the hell? I'm extremely confused. Are you just using inverse logic or just being extremely sarcastic? Do you support the idea of fixing the loot system or not?
And on the off chance you're just trying to troll me or make my brain explode...
