I generally prefer to play casters that specialize in the dark arts. Something about being in command of forces that most people consider morally wrong feels proper in a twisted sort of way. One must fight fire with fire so to speak and if nobody else is willing to get their hands dirty I'll gladly do it.
Barbarian. I love to see my hits shatter and stomp. :)
Rangers, typically.
I find myself playing a caster / mage type of character in pretty much every RPG I play. There's just something about nuking enemies with magic that feels so right.
Always a caster!
Mainly, a tough Warrior or a shaman.Warrior, cuz i'm some what skinny, and i like to play the role as a tough warrior, protecting people. And shaman, for the elemental link behind the role.
I like to be up close and personal, so i usually play a warrior type class or a healer if that is a option.
Everytime I start a new RPG I always say to myself "I'm going to be a caster this time for sure"... and then I play a warrior type character. Can't resist the whole smashing faces in kinda thing.
I'm always playing a rogue'ish class. I like the sneaking around and the risk of getting caught while pickpocketing or stealing or something like that. Oh and probably because I like to be able to kill stuff really fast! :D
Casters... I always end up playing the casters! Grown to enjoy healing (I love my shaman!) and it's always nice to melt some faces as a mage.
I usually try to play a fast swordsman, duel wielding if possible or guns. I love duel wielding guns in games. I leave the tanking up to someone else in my party. Even as a Death Knight I go duel wielding frost spec.
Class type I prefer is poison type skills dots with summoning or some sort of companion(s)
