Rogue for me. They're usually the class that truly lets you play the game how you want, stealthing past content you don't feel like doing, and unlocking doors and chests to gain access to things and places others can't.

Each game is different, I will typically play a game all the way through in all of the roles. In mmo's I would have a max level of all classes(11 85s currently). I like to be the jack of all trades with roles. Normally I would shy away from archer types but Skyrim changed my mind on those. The way the game plays really has the biggest influence. Some games it is just more enjoyable to be a melee, some are better played as a ranged, some are better to be a mix matched. At least in my eyes.
I have done, currently do, and forever will play a rogue.
I am all over the place on the classes that I play. I like melee DPS roles, but yet like ranged DPS as well. I am also learning to enjoy healing classes.
I generally play an assassin or a mage, as I find them the most fun.
No matter which RPG I have always tried to pick a class that was some sort of hybrid. If not I'd play a caster.
I love playing all classes but i specialy prefer playing ranged dps (hunter :D)
Depends on the RPG, i'd say. Normally im playing a caster., mostly the mage/wizard type. But in some games i don't think that it work out that well, and then i'm normally going for another ranged class, such as a hunter.
Everythin from warrior like to paladin like, aslong its melee ill play it because pushing an axe in someones face is jsut the best. :)
I play casters in RPGs. Better to think my way around a fight than go in, sword swinging.
playing RPGs i am most of the time a healer class
I enjoy playing the tanking classes, mainly the Paladin (Or Paladin types if that class isn't available). I like the thought of being the protector of the group, be it friends or strangers. If I can keep them safe by putting my life on the line, that's the role I'll take. I also enjoy Paladin type classes for their added support utility (most times in the form of auras or some other "buff") and the ability to heal in a pinch.
I like playing classes that offer companions, such as rangers or hunters.
Pretty much always a ranger/archer kind of guy. Second to that is caster; in RPGs anyways. In MMORPGs for some reason I find myself playing melee (usually two-handed).
