They all cheated, and they all deserve their suspensions. True world-first players should be able to kill bosses adn get gear without resorting to an exploit. With this, Paragon, Method, and the other such ilk have proved to the rest of the WoW community that they don't deserve their status as world-best guilds.
Respect to Blizzard!Spankies for paragon!Anyway, they had to react with some kind of punishment because the hack was already out in the open, not reacting would have been a very, very bad thing!True, 8days may not seem long, but 8days non-playing when you want to get a 'WorldFirst hc kill' is disaster!
every new raid content patch people exploit something and get banned for several days.i dnt even get why people even bother exploiting such flaws/bugs/glitches. as the result is always the same in the end.

Although I never aspire to raid except for 'fun', I disagree with any ban for playing the game as presented. If Blizzard does not have good enough quality control (thus allowing 'bugs') then that is their problem. Users should not suffer punitive retribution for playing the game as it is given to them.
Since this is progression it falls under the category of cheating, so yes it is only fair that those involved in it were disqualified. The same would have happened in any other scenario such as sports so I don't see why it shouldn't here.
8 days? Too Severe? Pffff....if ANYTHING, 8 days is nothing but a slap on the wrist. In all honesty the ban should've been for two weeks, or hell, at the most the whole month instead. Shame on those players though, they shouldn't try to test the system like that. :/
I think it was deserved. Like many here I agree with the ban and taking of gear. If it was indeed received in the same raid ids as the exploits.
Blizzard should really learn to test their things a little more before they release them. I've been noticing what seems like a plethora of bugs with this patch, moreso than any of the other patches that have been released since march, when I started retail. Since I'm on the topic of patch release, if they were going to release it like this, better timing would have been right before the SWTOR beta weekend launched. Not right after the beta launched. That was bad timing on Blizz's part. Nearly all the people I know IRL that played WoW are quitting hardcore on the 15th of december. I asked many of them if they would have quit if they were raiding the crap out of dragon soul before the beta released? 14 out of 17 of them said probably not.
Only 8 days? a lot of people play with great difficulty to obten some gear and these morons do that ? i think they deserve aa minimum of 30 days ban or a total ban account. 8 days is a joke !
