Vivi jumped at the knock, dropping the clothes on the ground before she could get into them. "Hello?" She called.

"J-just a little..." Vivi called back, glancing around and unable to find the clothes that were right at her feet.

"I-it's alright, come on in, I'm almost done..." Vivi replied, still glancing about before looking down and facepalming as she saw the dropped clothes.

Character: Yoardain Ravenwind
Location: Suramar
Yoardain sighed, putting down his pen, and put back the log of his experiments. Pens. Many had tried to invent an animated arcane replacement, but they were never too accurate in any sense, and certainly none had the precision needed to write a scientific log. While replacing the log, however, he found that many of the old translocation logs and studies were absent, obviously taken out for study by some magi working on a new project. The majority seemed to deal with basic theorems of magical bi-dimensional transportation, one such he had written by the title "The Fundamentals of Astral Travel." However, one that struck him as odd was the absence of a book by the name of "The Inner Workings of Complex Stationary Translocation Waypoints." He recognized it as he had seen his tutor, the author, take it from its shelf many times to update it with new experiments. It was an incredibly high-level book, and the actual spells involved even Yoardain, a professor in the art, had barely mastered.
Obviously there was some powerful Arcanist who was up-and-coming in the Translocation field, and was planning an experiment on a huge level. Yoardain looked forward to it.

"I've been wanting to do more to help the people," Khaz explained briefly. "But to get started, I need to know how best to help. Please, tell me about your life and comrades. Not to be rude, but I need to know more of the lower classes before I can start."

Vivias looked down for a moment, unsure. But, what could it hurt?
"My name is Vivias Blindhawk, but please, call me Vivi..." She began. "When I was young... I was told I have.... 'potential' with magic." She spat the word. "But I am not a highborne by any stretch, nor was any of my family. I was a freak, and to learn magic would have been punishable by death... or worse..." She said. "My family kept me locked away... so they could be sure I would never put myself or them in danger... mostly though? They were worried about themselves..."
She sighed. "So I ran away... and I've been running ever since..." She said. "Stealing, hiding... the same game of cat and mouse..."
