Character
: Tiberius Arroval
Description
:
Tiberius is one of the numerous Azshara's Higborne cohorts. While as talented and ambitious as anyone of them, so far he has not been outstanding in any aspect - although that may be due to him keeping to himself and preferring to goad others into doing his bidding unbeknownst to them.
Tiberius is of average build for a Highborne - meaning, naturally, tall and broad-shouldered - with serpentine silver eyes and a mane of reddish silver hair.
Location
: Zin-Azshari
Tiberius stretched, standing bare-chested on the balcony of his villa overlooking the Well. He closed his eyes, letting its marvelous presence caress his soft skin augmented with sophisticated runic designs that covered the entirety of his torso and ran down his long, nimble arms. Behind him, his current lover - he struggled to remember her name - purred ecstatically, sipping from a glass of ancient rose wine.

Character: Yoardain Ravenwind
Location: Suramar
Yoardain is a highborne Night Elf of the somewhat-prestigious Ravenwind family. While not especially famous, they were highborne nonetheless, and thus a proud and respected family. Like his most men in the family line, Yoardain's entire life has centered around the arcane arts. Since childhood he had diligently studied under many teachers, and showed great promise, quickly becoming the center of his family's pride. He graduated his studies a year earlier than normal, and in ten more years time, extremely quick for the Kal'dorei, he had become of professor of magic. He currently works at an arcane research facility, as well as holding a class on the basic principles of the transition between arcane and elemental magics. His strong suit however, and what his current work involves, is focused on translocation magics, of which he is most practiced. His current project is an attempt to invent a spell that can summon objects, perhaps even people, to the caster across vast distances, a much more difficult feat than sending the caster or someone near him to another place.
Yoardain drew the new conceptualized rune circle, identical to one across the Well of Eternity, hopefully it's affinity to the arcane would allow for the summoning teleport to work around the resistance barricade, at least as a first step to prove the possibility of such magics. He stepped back, unrolled a scroll and mouth a quick practiced invocation. The arcane crystals placed around the circle glowed, brighter and brighter, and eventually spreading their light across the circles, everything seemed to be working... Steady... Steady...
The crystals shattered, with the sound of shattering glass and a sizable explosive boom. Yoardain sighed, removing his wax ear-plugs, and motioned for the animate broom to clean up the mess.

Vivias Blindhawk
Vivias is young by night elven standards, just over a hundred and twenty. She is short and unremarkable in nearly every way. She lacks any sort of real magical skill, although being repeatedly told she has potential. She is of the low caste, and a runaway on top of it. A thief, a jerk, and all those kind things that come with making ones own luck.
Zin-Azshari
Vivias-or Vivi as she liked to tell people-watched the moonwell as she chewed on the apple in her hand. She had always told herself there was something better in the world; there had to be.
And yet, she couldn't stop watching from her hiding spot.

"Are we going to the ball lord Nightshade is holding?" Cornelia - or was it Tarquinia? Tiberius shook his head slightly, still not having remembered the name - chirruped, rolling onto her back.
"Later, perhaps," the Highborne shrugged, turning around to walk up to his bed, wide enough for ten persons, and drawing his long, lacquered nail across Cornelia-Tarquinia's skin, from her neck and down. She giggled, arcing expectantly in response to his touch, but he already drew back, snapping his fingers. Immediately two menservants arrived, each wearing a blank porcelain mask with no facial features and only two slits for the eyes.
"Light sapphirium garb, I am going for a walk," Tiberius informed them as they started to dress him into the finest armor coin could buy. Even though he could not hear it thanks to the superb soundproof walls, he knew his guards were already gathering outside, waiting for him.

Tiberius strolled out of his villa, followed by a lower-caste page boy holding the hem of his heavy, gorgeous cloak made out a pure white saber hide. The Highborne was surrounded by four bodyguards, each wearing a blank porcelain mask similar to that of his menservants and each carrying a long, rune-etched spear with a jagged edge that left horrendous wounds, virtually unsealable without magic. Despite possessing a vast collection of palanquins, Arroval preferred walking, priding himself on keeping as fit as any of Her Majesty's elite guards.

Zun-Azshari
Vivi watched as the man and his guards walked down the street. She didn't have to be any sort of smart to know that he was downright loaded.
She could probably get something. Just one hand in a pocket and she was bound to come out with piles of jewels.
But she needed to get those guards outta the way...
Reaching down to her belt, she found her bag of rocks, pulling a heavy one out, she tossed it up and down, waiting for her perfect timing.

Tiberius's ears, each soigné and bearing several precious gemstones, twitched as his hearing picked a single voice out of the crowd. The Highborne smiled to his thought and headed over to the source of the cries, exchanging nods and pearl-white smiles with other of his caste while his guards shoved away the plebes.
"Handwoven baskets! That must be the hottest trend in the Twin Cities," he murmured, looming over Neylena.
"I shall be taking seven," Tiberius declared, "One for each villa. The guests shall be amazed," he added with a toothy grin, taking out a gold sovereign and tossing it to the girl.

Character
: Khaz
Location
: Caverns of Time
Description
:
Khaz usually takes the form of a dwarf that he stole his name and memories from. Then again, he can take a lot of shapes. Khaz is, in fact, a minor Faceless One, if by minor you mean not as big as the others and a thousand times as dangerous. His usual form has long brown hair, neatly tied into a ponytail, with some left loose, and a neatly braided beard. He wears a white shirt, black pants and a long black trench coat, beneath which he conceals several large, prehensile tentacles.
He has minor powers associated with the Faceless Ones, such as madness inducing, memory shifting and the like, though most of it is fairly weak. Most of his power is concentrated in his ability to shapeshift like a druid, except that he can also take forms that druids can't, such as other people and inanimate objects (which always look as though they're carved form flesh). To compensate for his lack of ranged powers, he carried a powerful semiautomatic pistol with him, which he has trained with over the years to be a competent marksman.
Nobody is quite sure of his long term motives , though his short term motive is evident: Chaos. Whenever he shows up, though, trouble is soon to follow.
"Well, well, well..." Khaz murmured to himself, inspecting the portal that would lead him back to the time of the War of the Ancients. Slipping past the Bronze flight had been difficult, but, as evident by his standing next to the portal, not impossible.
"All kinds of wonders in there," he mused. "Relics that could increase my power tenfold."
Without further deliberation, for why should he care where he was as long as he could cause some minor chaos, he stepped through the portal, appearing within the town of Zin-Azshari.

Perfect... Vivi lobbed the rock, smashing it into the forehead of one of the guards with the masks. She quickly moved to not waste any time.

"There, there," Tiberius smiled condescendingly, taking Neylana's chin between his thumb and index finger and forcing her to look at him.
"Child, I did say I shall be taking seven, did I not?"
He then knitted his well-trimmed eyebrows, "But of course, you would not be able to exchange that sovereign, would you not? Tell you what," he rummaged through his pockets for a while before taking out seven silver sickles that looked as if they had been minted no earlier than the preceding week.
"Keep that little yellow fellow as a gift," he said, placing the silver coins on the counter.
Tiberius then frowned at the noise behind him when his guard blocked the stone with a gauntleted hand and grabbed Vivias' hair.
"My, my, what have we here?" Arroval drawled, turning around lazily.

Vivia yelped as she was plucked from her sprint and picked up by her hair, struggling and kicking against the guard. "Let me go, let me go, let me go" She kicked.

"You should be ashamed of yourself, child," Tiberius chided Vivias softly, pressing his finger against her chest, his nail piercing her light clothing and causing a bit of her blood to ooze from beneath it. Boredom in his eyes was washed away by wicked, somewhat sadistic amusement.
"Just look at the young lady behind my back," the Highborne talked down to the thief, adding a weak - by his standards - fear spell that surged through his nail and into Vivias.
"Why do you have to disgrace yourself by crime when she clearly shows you do not have to do that?"
He turned around, his smile with his all teeth bared resembling a wolfish grin.
"Tell me, little basket-weaver, what would you do with the little thief?" he murmured, enjoying the situation - particularly his unlimited power over the lives of the lowly.
The guards stood still and silent.

Vivi felt the fear spell, she cowered for a mere moment before anger took it over and she shook away the magic trying to penetrate her mind.
