My favorite World of Warcraft Holiday would have to be Hallow's End.Hallow's End is a time to celebrate and have fun in the game. During this event I see tons of people Role-Playing as the creature they've dressed up as and they actually act like Hallow's End is Halloween to their Characters. Hallow's end also has such an amazing back-lore too it, the Headless Horsemen, the trick or treat events, and the ability to trick eachother by transforming them into a beast or creature with the wands. Blizzard has added wonderful new NPCs to the game during Hallow's End, like the witchs that give the dailies, the kids that give away pets and mounts and candy, the new masks they released. Hallow's End just makes me feel like a kid again.
My favorite holiday overall has to be Hallow's End because it just a time to have fun and dress up your character. I mean who doesn't want to do that? also its my favorite holiday because of the achievements and the burning of the wicker-man that's always fun. I also love the quests trying to ruin hollow's end for the alliance or horde. I also enjoy many of the treats and prizes you get when hollow's end comes around. Also the recurring attacks by the Headless Horseman he has to be one of my favorite holiday characters of all time. I haven't been playing WoW very long but i can see that every one likes to partake in the holiday festivities. Some of my friends got me involved with the holiday stuff and i have enjoyed it ever since. Its just a fun time in WoW when everyone seems happy and enjoying the holiday. This happens to be my 1st Hollow's End and I can not wait for the other holidays to come but I love this one the most and I just love seeing all the funny costumes and achievements. I also love the names of the candy those are pretty funny well at least they are in my opinion. I just think everyone should enjoy they holiday and share in the Hollow's End spirit.
Has to be be brewfest. fun events and its centered around beer.

Brewfest - it was my first holiday in WoW, and one of the few I actually knew what to do from the start. :)
At first I was thought it was hallow's end, because of the broomsticks, costumes, masks and alot of fun not to forget all the candy! ButI then thought of all the fun to be had at brewfest, the epicness of ram racing, the silly games, the dark iron brotherhood brawl, ( look forward to this all year)the awesome dungeon where you fight a drunken dwarf and kill him for attacking the brewfest,If you're lucky you get a kodo! the only way of getting one as an alliance, and lets face it other then the zg tiger its the best mount, And lets not forget all the booze! Every year everyone in the World (of Warcraft) gets piss drunk and has a hell of alot of fun, what is better then that? Along with brew of the year? a monthly reminder of whats coming and not to despair that will come! And that my friends is why brewfest is the best,Munke out.
Hallow's End, the only time at the year I can truely be Harry Potter.
When I'd first starting playing a little over a year ago, I'd looked at the calendar. I noticed the large variety of holidays that occur in-game.. Of course, I had no idea about any of them.. but I admit that two caught my eye: Pirate's Day and Hallow's End. Of course, Pirate's Day only lasts a single day, but Hallow's End lasts for at least a couple weeks. Of all the holidays I worked on during the past year, I remember putting the most effort into Hallow's End due to it just plain enticing me so much.I've always enjoyed Halloween offline, so I suppose it might be a good reason why I'd enjoy it in-game. Now, I did a lot of running around collecting the treats and doing the quests here and there... and then I came across the Headless Horseman in Goldshire. I heard his insidious laughter and his maniacal rhymes. I saw him flying about, doing his crimes. It made me both fearful and happy, due to the fact that I was also still low-level at the time and easily got caught up by the Conflagration attack whenever it would hit me for a couple thousand points of damage! I was a bit surprised, but I found it rather amusing at the same time. At the time last year, I did not know about the restrictions in place regarding the actual Horseman fights.. so when I'd asked someone about it, I was downtrodden. But, it made me want to get my character built up and eventually want to get the other expansions that I'd lacked so that I could go with my friends to take down the maddened rider. As I've traveled Azeroth this year, I've noticed much more decor than last year - though that's also probably because I never was able to get around very much last year, either! The variety of pumpkins scattered about and carved in multiple ways are very amusing. I remember doing a quest for another character, in Blade's Edge Mountain and seeing a giant pumpkin at Toshley's Station which was in the spot where I'd be launched out to other sections within the area! I'm sure anyone else would've found it amusing to see a giant pumpkin with a blue glow from within.. then seeing someone launched up from out of it, especially if they'd no idea what would be occuring. I also noticed bats flying around the various cities, towns, and villages - a very nice touch. I admit, I would've loved to have something akin to trying to catch bats from above the cities - and maybe getting a vanity pet out of it. The addition of a few new things, such as the wickerman, were great in that it made me feel like there were actual festivities going on for the holiday as well this year. I don't recall such last year, so I can definitely say I've enjoyed this year's events much more. Also, as an Alliance character, I did like the touch of seeing witch hats upon the statues in the Valley of Heroes outside of Stormwind! It gave me quite the chuckle. Perhaps next year, we could see our leaders dressed up in their favorite Azeroth-based costumes. Personally, I'd like to see what figures such as Varian or even Thrall would have costumes as! I know the masks are nice, but I do like the aspect of full costumes - which the spell effects from the treat pumpkins and wands are great for it!I did my best to get as much candy as I could that first year.. I did my best to complete what tricks I could as well. I enjoyed the aspect of running around to each inn, essentially saying "Trick or treat!" to the innkeeper. Of course, I'd get my treats, but sometimes I would be the one getting tricked as well! I admit, this year's version is quite amusing - seeing the ability to play tricks on the other faction. The fact that it's completely harmless makes it that much better. Of course, the fact that I could potentially get killed while doing said tricks makes it a little disheartening, but alas - you always have that chance of getting caught when you're pulling pranks. All in all, the Hallow's End holiday has always been the one that I enjoyed most. The decor, the atmosphere, the NPCs, the events... all of it, I love! And even though I never got the chance this holiday to reach the Horseman in his proper state due to time constraints, but I vow that next year, I will take his head for sure!
Definitely Hallow's End. Just gives off an awesome feel with the decorations and all, plus one of the coolest holiday bosses the Headless Horseman.
Winter Veil, Being a gnome and a dancing snowman with your friend's is the best time ever in WoW. Also, Crashing Thrasher's are way too MUCH fun!
For me it would have to be Hallow's End. The Headless Horseman is one of the cooler mini-bosses, as well as the loot drops for this holiday are fun to use.
Love is in the Air, because it rewards most beautiful dresses, of course. Too bad casters can't have armor as gorgeous as those and that you won't be able to use them for transmogrification.
Brewfest is my favorite holiday, I'm a real beer taster, I love that sensation of jumping from the top of the ills completly smashed and the atmosphere is so real that I feel I'm in a real party ... I just love it !
I love the Fire Festival, the first holiday I was actually high enough level to participate in, well for almost all of it and how can you not love desecrating the Horde fires.Next year that title will be mine when I kill Ahune!
My fave is Hallows End, because halloween is my fave in the real world, i love being able to celebrate for weeks instead of just 1 night, Candy, Costumes and Stink bomb pranks! i hope they add more fun as the years go on! Brewfest is a close runner up ;P
hmmmWinterveil for me.I dunno, just geat on RP servers with everyone getting drunk, cheerful and generous. It's Brewfest, Hallowsend and the Pilgrims Feast combined!
