Its really hard to pick just one, but if I have to I'd say Hallows End. The broomstick mounts are great for players with lower lvl characters, having a go at the opposite faction is always fun and someday I may just get those reins drop from the horseman himself instead of heaps of tricky treats and hallowed helms...although I think the possibility that I'll start to look like him before that happens is growing by the year! It was the first event I really got into and look forward to it when it comes around.
My favorite holiday in World of Warcraft is Hallow's End by far. It's always fun to see the decorations and every one running around in costumes or with the pumpkin's head while questing, doing BG & dungeons or simply trick or treating. You get to kill the Headless Horseman too! One day, I'll have his horse's reins ;o) I just love my sinister squashling and now with the new questing system and the creepy crate and the familiar feline it make Hallow's End even better. And most of all i'll miss riding that magic broom till next year!
My favourite holiday ingame is Harvest Festival -- While I am not American, and therefore do not celebrate Thanksgiving, the spirit of sharing food around a table is something that warms my heart... /tear Seems to me that sharing and everything like it do not happen often enough in both real life and in WoW, and this alleviates it a bit for me.

My favorite holiday is Brewfest because it is all about getting drunk. ;)
Day of the Dead is my favorite. I like it because it shows respect and exposure to the mexican culture.
My favorite WOW holiday is Noblegarden. Not only is it the only holiday that you do not have to be max level to complete, but the Spring Bunnies are just too cute. However, the best part has to be when you see a Tauren male with a huge axe, dressed in an Elegant Dress, blowing a kiss to anything dressed in a tuxedo.
I enjoy Hollows End the best. The reason: that no matter how bad the world is, see cataclysm, people can still find time from trying to save it to beg candy off of other people....lol
Hallow's end, because out of the few holidays I've tried it's the only one I like and it's just awesome.
Hallow's End is my favorite. It combines an exciting set of daily quests (most notably the fight with the Horseman himself), a fun way to explore the world (candy buckets), and fun vanity items.
My favourite Wow Holiday is Brewfest because for the last 4 years it made me realise how beautiful the world outside wow is, when the holiday ends and i once again didn't get any of the mounts, so i ragequit for a few hours.
Hallow's end, gotta love dropping em stink bombs on yer stormwind.
Love is in the air! Because I want the Big Love Rocket!
