My favorite holiday would have to be Midsummer Fire Festival, I am a big pet collector and always wanted the little fire elemental which I wasn't able to get and then they changed it out for the frost elemental. But mostly i like just how much is going on during it and sneaking around other factions camps to put out their fires.

My favorite WoW holiday is definitely the Lunar Festival. It was my first holiday after I began playing around when Burning Crusade launched. At the time I had finally gotten my own account and as such, I wasn't very high level.I have lots of fond memories of that first Lunar Festival, like taking part in a raid on Omen, even though I kept getting one-shot.It also pushed me out into the larger part of the of Azeroth and I still remember trying to run through Dustwallow Marsh as a level 20-something. Frustrating, but I had a real sense of accomplishment once I made it through. I still have my Festival clothes banked from that year, silly as it is.
Winter Veil. Because christmas is my favorite holiday.
Midsummer Festival. It was my first in game holiday event while I was leveling my very first character, and since there was no dungeon queue or any of that BS you had to quest around the world and luckily there are these poles you can use to dance to get buffs plus all the tokens you can use to ignite to gain more exp buff. It really was a Godsend pre-heirloom.
Ofcourse me favoorite 'oliday be brewfest! Notin' better dan walking 'alf blasted on the streets of ironforge! An' wen' those filthy black Iron get it up their' minds to steal our ale, none gets out alive! ... hic! No ale is gettin' out filled, all of dem shall slide down me throat!
Children's Week. It was hard to decide between the Noblegarden and Children's Week, but in my opinion Children's week is entertaining and fun while you travel around Azeroth with your orphan. So aswell it don't requires a mindless (or daily) dungeon grinding or daily questing for a rare, random drop (like mounts and noncombat pets in some cases).
My favorite event is the Halloween's event, because is a lot fun and have too much things to do.
I Love Hallow's EndTwas the night before Hallow's end, when all through the landsNot a creature dared stirring, not even a fan.The pumpkings were hung by the thousands with care,In hopes the Headless Horseman soon would be here. The wowheads were nestled all snug in their beds,While visions of horse mounts danced in their heads. And hubby with his coffee, and I with my tea,Had just settled with books for a long evenings read. When out of our speakers arose such a clatter,I sprang from the couch to see what was the matter.Away to the laptop I flew like a flash,Clicked open the window and moved away trash. The glow on the candles all lined up in rowsGave the illusion of mid-day to objects below. When, what to my wondering ear should I hear,But the clip clop of hoofs, and the orphans worst fear. With a headless old driver, so evil and meanThe headless horsman rode past, the ancient old fiendHe pointed he taunted, then fire he did raine,And still he kept shouting, even his own name!"Prepare yourselves, the bells have tolled!Shelter your weak, your young and your old! Each of you shall pay the final sum!CRY for mercy! THE RECKONING HAS COME!"As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky.So up to the roof-top the faster he flew,With a mind full of malice, and his idiot body too.And then, in a twinkling, I heard through the subwoof,The prancing and pawing of each evil hoof.As I grabbed for my mouse, and was turning around,Down from the sky he came with a bound. He was dressed all in black, from his head to his foot,And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot.A bag full of loot, he had flung on his back,And he looked like a peddler, just opening his pack. His eyes-how they did glow! his head was on fire! All funky and green, the color I knew from the mire! His evil little mouth was drawn up like a bow,And the hooves of his mount were as white as the snow. The end of his reins he held tight in his hands,Which wasfor the best with his rare mount in these lands. He cast something at me, I quaked in my belly,I started shake when I laughed, like a bowlful of jelly! Not Worgen not draenei, nor human or blood elf,Would stand there and not laugh, in spite of their self!A swing of my sword and off went his head,Soon made me to think I had nothing to dread. He spoke several words, then went straight to his work,And chased down his body, which turned with a jerk. But still couldn't find him, perhaps due to pain,"Get over here you idiot!" he shouted in vainHe fell to the gound, my team gave a whistle,And to our bags we all flew like the down of a thistle. But I saw...candy...as always to my poor deluded sight,"Happy fail drops to me, and to all a good night!"
Midsummer Festival. Because sometimes you have to play with Fire.
Brewfest! Love dwarves, love the music, love the brewfest items.
Winter Veil. I just love the neat toys you get every year.
