Hallow's End is my favorite holiday because I started playing towards the end of Brewfest last year and this was the first holiday I got to participate in. And since then I got all holiday achieves and looked forward to the next Hallow's End.
Hallows end is my favorite holiday because it is spooky themed and very like scary another thing is you get to kill the headless horesman and have a chance at getting his helm his hores or his sword witch are realy cool plus I love trick or treating. Thanks wowhead for all the give aways you have.GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
I think hallows end is my favorite and so is brewfest.
Midsummer Fire Festival. Because it really introduce me into summer time :P
Hallow's End - I love the whole decorations and the quests! Candy is awesome too! The flying around on brooms is fun as well! If only we could get costumes for our characters as well!
The best WoW Holiday by far is Midsummer. It doesn't resemble any real life holidays, but it has the essence of something old and cherished and I love it. I love going around the world every year putting out the fires, fighting my way into the opposing factions cities and desecrating their flame. It is magical and I love it. The other holidays are wonderful, but Midsummer holds a special place in my heart.
My favourite holiday is love is in the air. It sounds a bit wierd but I spent 90% of my time afk in stormwind when on wow, and when I can float about randomly meeting random people who decide to get on my love boat I can enjoy a nice chat with them. I met some good freinds of mine from the love is in the air quest by afk'ing on the love boats and them sitting next to me for a laugh. Secondly, I love the mix of love / peace and the undead and evil. The various quest are fun too do to aswell. The currency earned during love is in the air is also a lot eaiser to earn so those people who are like me and aren't on wow often can just kill random NPC's instead of having to do countless dailies and quests even though they are pretty epic :) I also remember the plague helmet you got from the daily boss which looks absolutely amazing ( I have one sitting in my bank just because I love it too much to delete / sell it ). The boss tactic is also pretty cool how you use various potions to survive. The sweetest bit about the holiday is the amazing love rocket you get. I would kill for one of them rockets because they are just ... so ... cool ! The title is also brilliant XD The achievements 'Flirt with Disaster' and 'I Pitied the Fool' are genious :D Some of the bought items are completely brilliant aswell ! For example, Dummy's are pretty boring and useless but the 'Love Fool' spices it up and makes it pretty funny ! The picnic is also pretty damn cool aswell :D There was also that TBC Trailer released for Love is in the Air which contained, In my opinion, the best world of warcraft quote EVER ! 'Buffs can be dispelled, But sockets last forever !' =D Many people would disagree with me that this is the best holiday but I think that this holiday is fun for everyone, not just the people that are on for a long time every day. Thanks for reading !'Lots of Love' Tanjar the Love Fool ! <3
Hallow's End is definitely my favorite! There are lots of activities no matter what level you are. Especially because there is an age cap for trick or treating in real life. D:<
Probably Midsummer Fire Festival. I remember grinding out pets there with some friends that have since switched servers and I don't see much anymore. Even though things have changed, it still reminds me of that time.If not that, then Brewfest. Not so much for the alcohol abuse, but for the fact that I wasn't even max level when it came out, but still got enough tokens for both the regular (since removed) and epic rams. I just had to sit on the ram till I could use it.
Hallow's End. All the content that comes with it is awsome and it's a lot of fun.
To me the most exciting event on WoW is Midsummer!- When the time of the year reaches Summertime, i go holiday mode, and do whatever i feel like doing. So when i sit infront of the PC , watching all the people tossing torches and dancing in their midsummer costumes, i get this warm feeling inside telling me, that i'm doing what i should be doing, that i need to relax, and enjoy the time off while i can. :)- The best memories i have from the first couple of years playing WoW (2009 - 2010), was Desecration of the Alliance. The thing about running around in clothie midsummer costumes as a level 30 rookie , desecrating fires and escaping the "bloodthirsty relentless alliance" was at that time just the coolest thing ever! :).. Especially when you're with an irl friend.- I could mention thousands of times i've cried by laughter, that were all thanks to the Midsummer event. Now when i've played the game for another 2 years, and are pretty well known of what i'm doing, and what my challenges ahead are. It sometimes even makes me feel like i want to be a rookie again, just to get those laughs and giggles from the Midsummer event back again. The very same rookie-like effects of exploring and learning, comes with new expansions.. So i'll keep on playing in the future, and see what it comes with. This was the Very Best things during this event that i could come up with. Thanks, Ralph.
My favorite is Winter Veil. I LOVE Christmas because it brings family, friends, and co-workers together in ways that other holidays don't. Not to mention the great food and of course, the presents!
