Winter Veil! Always a lot of fun (making lots and lots of gold! >:) ) I'm looking at you boots, clothes and eggs :D
Hollow's End by far,I really like it because of the iconic enemy it has and you see/hear him more than only in his dung, like through a mount or his helmet.

A holiday.. hmm.. That would prolly be Brewfest yer. Who doesn't like beer & dwarfs? ... hic!
Pirate's Day. Shakin' that booty in Booty bay.
My favourite of the WoW holiday seasons would be Hallow's End.Few reasons why... like one this was the first holiday event i did. (few years ago)Second is i love the costumes you can use on other players and trick morphs used on you (Mini-diablo ftw :D)and finally the headless horseman's loot (Not just the mount ;) is awesome and fun to use. e.g. Helm = Evil Laugh :D Loving few new changes to what blizzard has done to the event .
Hallow's End - Still waiting on the mount to drop and has a great title attached to the achievement
For me personally, the best is Hallow's End, because I play on BGs most of the time and Hallow's End costumes makes them more fun to play. Also these costumes does not require much effort to obtain (well, a little more now, since you no longer can bother poor inkeeper every 1 hour).
He still couldn't quite understand what had brought him to an orphanage in Shattrath City. Sure, the Orphanage Matrons in every city were asking folks to come in and take a child for a week or so, just to get them out of the city for a little while. But the death knight still didn't understand why he had felt the need to come. After following that train of thought for a moment, he berated himself for foolishness. After all he had seen and done, surely he could handle a child for a week? The Matron said nothing when he finally stepped inside, only giving him a knowing smile and calling forward a small blood elf girl. He looked down at the little girl, who stared up at his intimidating figure and merely wrinkled her nose in thought. "You look funny," she declared, slipping her hand into his armored one. And that was all. There were no complaints about his strange, hollow appearance. No suspicious glances. All she cared about was that he took her flying on the back of his dragon, and took her exploring all of the places she had only heard about. And at the end of the week, when she hugged him and handed over a half-hatched hawkstrider to remember her by, the death knight felt a soft stinging in his eyes he had not though possible since returning from death. My favorite holiday was actually Children's Week. To have my character, who had slain dragons and demons and undead to be idolized by these kids was actually really touching. Foolishly sentimental, perhaps, but I saved the letters my Oracle and Wolvar orphans sent me after the event, and still reread them time to time. It gives me the warm fuzzies. Oddly, there's something about them that makes me feel proud of my character. So whenever Children's Week rolls around, even though I have the achievements, I still take all of the orphans out and around, and give them the taste of the adventuring life.
Winter Veil, who doesn't like getting cool presents? So much fun to go digging under the tree and get some really cool items. Love using the Mini Zep during break in Raids and seeing how many people get their zeps out...lotta fun! Hope this year's is just as cool!
Hallow's End! Why? It's awesome, the masks are hilariously fake + the Headless Horsemen's mount is always something to hope for :D
