Yeah, quite. Her death tore me apart though - we were pretty damn close. Nothing really gets to me after that, as sad as it may sound.

Better to have fun in life, than to dwell in sorrows of the past.
My grandma died 2 years ago, my grandpa 6, grandgrandma 8, grandgrandpa 10, my aunt and other grandpa have both had cancer within the last 2 years.
Enjoy life while it lasts, you only have one.

Doesn't detract from life to be respectful though...

Heh, the definition of "over the line" is different for everyone.

More than two years ago, onions not included. Last time I remember crying was Grave of Fireflies the movie, but that was when I was nine. I'm gonna assume I cried sometime between then and now, but I know I haven't in the last two years. It's just not something that comes to me. Not at all a toughness thing, I just don't happen to cry when I'm emotionally or physically hurt. It's not something I do /shrug

The movie that made me cry the most was Joy Luck Club. Just non-stop tragedy. Most sad movies have a sad ending. That movie has a sad ending every 20 minutes.

The book isn't any better. I read it in high school for an academic competition; it was a terrific novel, but very depressing.

If I don't cry at least once during the day, it was a bad day =P

Last week, when I saw
Super 8
. No idea why, but it was a touching movie.
Before that? I can't remember. I don't display emotion.
