I cant replace gear that is on my character or if i make a new proflie i can't add the gear there either. When i click equip or replace it just pops up a thing asking me if I want to leave the page or stay on the page. Does not matter which one you click on because it does not do nothing. Plus i'm still not seeing my characters on Aerie Peak

I was able to see my characters again, after following the very useful instructions posted on page 1.
One issue I have noticed is that my professional skills are reported as "525 / 450". Not a major issue, but I thought I should point it out.
Another issue is that my Titles are all wrong.
Last "issue" is that I cannot see my Quest completion (tab is locked) but I have not spent any time searching for help on this, so maybe the answer is already posted.
Nice work so far and I look forward to the end result once all the work is done.

Well the names of my characters show up on my profile now but when i click on them still the same issue character dose not exist...... well at least its progress.

Yep, tried the re-syncing, but it's not working. Funny thing is, she shows just fine on WoW's Armory.

My
list of characters
has a disturbing number of incomplete characters. In fact, I'd say most of my characters are showing up on that list as just a name and location (Realm), with no data as to race, class, or level.
And some of those characters, I've been playing within the past 24 hours. So you should have the most recent and up-to-date info on them.
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over...
(Edit: To anticipate an obvious response, yes I have tried manually re-synching these characters. But as others have pointed out in their own replies above, re-synching does not appear to be working at the moment...)

People can't obviously read posts earlier in the thread. The issue here is any realm with a space or special character (apostrophes, accents, etc) aren't correctly being requested. You will need to wait until we publish a fix regarding it.

OK, but it isn't the time to be a bit humble and admit it's WoWHead error, and apologize for treating users as lazy and stupid for not obeying your orders to resolve a thing they couldn't? And stop making excuses as guessing the amount of database and profile users, and dismissing the profile users importance as minimum?
Specially because the profile users are the most important part of the site, because they are the ones that upload the database to the site.

Spoilt Wowhead users could also do with some humility, and understand it's a Wowhead error and to wait patiently.

No matter, the customer is always right.Not in the real world; if a company wants to, they can tell you to take a flying leap. The programmers are working on it, and some patience is needed here, they'll update the information once they have something to update with.
