Ergo, in the future, prepare for the Scourge 2.0: Blizzard needed an idea.I still stand by the idea that they want to have a good-aligned Lich King for use as a deus ex machina, but I suppose we won't know until they do something.

Technically, can be good or bad......

Meryl
- raised a child that wasn´t his own, and based on that Me´dan is not evilNot a Scourge, as Meryl was raised up 2800 years ago during the Troll Wars.
Thassarian - even controlled by lich king, he shown he honors his allies and isn´t just machine of deathMurdered his mother while under control of the Scourge, turned Koltira into an Undead and only got a chance at the end to get his humanity back.
Sir Zeliek - I wanted to cry in Naxx because of him. This poor guy told you sorry for every kill, he wasn´t evil at all, he just couldn´t resist Lich king´s control...Yet, Baron Rivendare, who gave up Stratholme for power, Lady Bleu who was insane and wanted to only kill, and the Thane who wanted nothing more then to fight were evil; and while Zeliek's mind was his own, his body belonged to the Scourge.

I know Meryl is not scourge, I used him just as example that undead are not necessarily evil
But we are discussing the Scourge and Bolvar/The Lich King; using an example of an undead that has no connection to the Legion/Scourge doesn't really prove anything.

Thing is though, Bolvar likely doesn't want people to know he's in control. If they did they would likely come after him en masse to prevent 'another Lich King' from renewing the scourge, which would send the scourge rampaging anyway. His entire purpose there is to make sure the Scourge have a mind not to have a mind.

His previous name was Winterstorm.Yeah, but that's Sigma's point. He intentionally changed his name to Felstorm. It's not just that he happened to inherit a scary name, but that he purposely chose a scary name to warn people that he's a dangerous fellow.

I know. I added the "even if he is repentant" because of that. I liked that gnome though.

Even then, he's still not a member of the Scourge, and if he really had 'dangerous' ambitions, wouldn't he have acted on it while raising Med'an, since he had an inkling about who the boy was? And this is also the same person who helped to found the Council of Tirisfal as well; unless he's been playing the long game, he's not really the same 'threat' as Bolvar is.

Because
with monumental statue
in the middle of Dalaran surely no one knows what happened...
In Lore, the statue does not show what happened; that's just for the players who didn't see the end of the instance...or apparently never went to Youtube.

Do you have source on that?
Besides common sense? Of course,
since the statue only exists on servers where the Lich King
falls; more then likely it may exist now, but other then a plaque which says the Lich King is dead, killed by Tirion and the heroes of Northrend, it doesn't contain a magic picture that shows what happened at the top of the world. /sigh People need to realize that in game mechanics are not part of lore.

Think man: Despite what that one comic shows Tirion would never have went against Bolvar's wishes to remain unknown. He is far too honorable to and would also understand that people would panic if a Lich King was still around.
The proof is that he's never mentioned again. King Varian and Thrall may never have walked up and touched it themselves, but those civilians that did -
if
they saw it - would report it to their rulers and friend immediately. As there has only been talk of "the Lich King is dead" and not "the Lich King has been replaced" we can safetly and surely assume the statue does not do in lore what it does in game.
